In the plumber's defense, the tenants had not maintained the yard well and the meter... tho obvious to me as I had lived there, wasn't obvious to him. He did find it and continued the work. After the install.. all seemed to be going well. The old water heater was on a crummy, rotting piece of wood and they stuck the new one on top of it. I called to their business three different times on three different days and did get a callback eventually. They have agreed to come out and make things right, which makes me a happier customer. I was concerned, initially, about service after the sale but they have come through to make things good. The communications problem did give me pause but it happens. I have actually contracted with them to do another job for me.

Being Friday, December 29th, I was unsure if we would have any hot water for the long holiday weekend. After contacting three other companies and being told that Wednesday was the soonest someone could make it (one company even said they could "pencil me in for the first week of February") I was able to contact A&B at 3:00pm. Not only did they send Brandon out that afternoon, he was able to get into the unit and find that the igniter was dirty and just needed cleaning. While some people would have seen this as an opportunity to upsell a new control system or even a whole new water heater, he was able to make the repair with no new parts. His work ethic is far beyond what we have found available in southern MS with all workers- not just plumbers. We have lived all over the US as Navy sailors.
