We have had several on-site managers since then and each one has been kind, attentive and responded quickly to any issues we've had with our unit. Our building is clean, quiet and all the other tenants keep to themselves but would open their door to you in a pinch. The first apartment I ever rented to when I was 21 was managed by Brown Bros. and now at 71 maybe my last but they are the management company I trust and they have never let me down once. Scott Cramb was irritated with me for asking for payment. He would keep delaying payment. At one point I called the office and asked about payment for two invoices. They only had one on record and the other was not given to AP even though it was submitted more than 2 weeks prior. The the end of November 2020, I emailed Scott and said I expect payment by December 15 for all remaining invoices. I did not receive payment by then. I followed up with Scott and he said it had been mailed. I emailed again right after Christmas weekend and threatened to put a lein on the property. I spoke to someone at the office and was told they gave the cheque (for only one invoice) to Scott at the beginning of December. When the cheque finally arrived, it was postmarked December 24th!!! Scott Cramb is a liar. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. When a called the office a number if times, I was told I would get a call back but that would never happen. The only time I received a call back was when I threatened to put a lein on the property. This is a scummy organization.
