More so was the customer service and the facility itself. (My first time there). All the staff were friendly. Was greeted by a friendly ticket person with a warm smile who politely showed where the theater is (there are 16 screens there). The sound was awesome. The seats all had good views and were fully reclinable with cup holders and a little table for your food. To top it off we had a third party who could not make it and I was able to get an immediate refund for the unused ticket. I purchased the tickets online via Showcase. Very easy. Plus there is a bar that serves good food and tons of concession goodies as well. Highly recommend!

Contacted Encore Rentals for a tent, tables and chairs for my wife's birthday party this past…read moreweekend. Tom (owner) responded right away and provided a detailed quote. Encore's pricing was better than other companies I had reached out to and their customer service was outstanding so I decided to contract with Tom for my party rental needs. Tom and his team arrived the day prior to the party to deliver and set up the tent, tables and chairs. The quality of the products was excellent (clean, well maintained and good condition). The team had the tent set up and the tables / chairs opened, positioned and wiped down in less than 20 minutes. Contrast that with our experience two weeks prior when friends of ours hosted a party for their son in our backyard. The company they used left the tables / chairs in a pile on my lawn, the quality was mediocre (tables were old and surfaces were tacky and splintered). Tom and his team returned the day after the party to disassemble and collect the rental items. They left my yard in original condition. Most importantly, Tom and his team were professional, cared about the quality of their work, and worked extremely well together. If I have need to rent tents, tables and chairs again, you can be sure that I'll be calling Tom and his team at Encore Rentals, NY. You should, too!

Without hesitation, he made time to come check it out without knowing if I was even going to reserve a tent. Prior to him I contacted a bunch of places and was told they can check on google. I was not comfortable with that but mike made my vision possible. Not only did he customize my setup to fit my yard by splitting it into 2 tents one 20x20 and one 20x40. That's not all what he did for me the week of was even more impressive. Mike was able to find me some one for my dance floor less than 24 hours notice he also came 7:30 in the morning as per his promise and my request to make my event possible. I had the cheese plate which was good, but pricey at $26 for a small plate. I also had caramel popcorn as well as a mocktail. The theater seats and tables are not as comfortable as Alamo and I wish they had arm rests. There's minimal bathrooms upstairs so a line builds up quickly when a movie lets out. Sound quality was good. I would come back but it's not my number one choice for a movie theater

Some venues offer grass that make a blanket more appealing or easier to work with. Bring your own picnic basket boo boo, or grab some take out on your way to the park!

It was the first time I've seen a movie outside of my own home since February or early March. I'm really grateful for this experience as I had never been to drive-in movie theater in New York. The Sunset Park location is beautiful. We were given free potato chips when we parked. I had so much fun.
