We visited for the first time a couple weeks ago for a trial class for both my kids. I picked a day of the week where they could both take a class at the same time. Pros: *the teachers were great! *The kiddy pool that the kids can play in before/after is fun for them. Cons: *it's connected to the gym right behind it and apparently the gym goers get to use the same pool facility. There was a couple weird/creepy looking old men in small swimsuits that were using some of the lanes in the biggest pool, that didn't make me feel comfortable as a mom. *there was a man who was either an owner or manager, he had long hair and he looked like a creepy guy as well, which sets off my mom radar (when you work around kids for a living, you should be very aware of the appearance you put off to parents), I will say he did kindly ask how our class was.. *this place is hot and humid as all heck inside where you sit to be close to your young kids, we only had a 30 minute class but it felt like forever and I was sweating everywhere but the time we left. Just not a good fit for us.

The facility is welcoming, clean and fun! The school is located in Crunch fitness but not operated or owned by them. The locker/showers are not part of the swim school. The swim school has its own office which has changing rooms/ bathrooms and a shower area which is kept clean and separate. I love that this location in Eagle has a splash pad for the kids to play before and after! I highly recommend this swim school over any swim school in the area!

Instead, they expect very young kids to conform to a rigid teaching style, regardless of how it affects them. I eventually requested to cancel our membership. I hadn't planned to share how disappointed I was, I just wanted to walk away quietly. But when the receptionist pressed for a reason, I calmly explained that it simply wasn't a good fit for my family. Her response? She told me my 3-year-old daughter was "too sensitive." That was not only completely unprofessional, but also incredibly inappropriate. I wasn't asking for feedback. I was trying to protect my child from an environment where the teacher was far too serious for a toddler and clearly not the right match. Swimming should be fun, especially at this age. Period. This place missed the mark, and then doubled down on the failure by dismissing a parent's concern. We won't be back.

When we decided to stop attending, management showed no willingness to offer a refund--instead, they only provided a credit for future use. What they don't make clear is that using that credit later requires paying a new enrollment fee, which feels very misleading. Communication is wonderful - you're never left wondering if you're missing something important. My only wish is that I would have started sooner.

Our kids are normally very shy but felt very comfortable with Piper during their first lesson. I was highly impressed with her ability to engage with them so quickly and earn their trust in the water. I'm so happy that we decided to sign up with Flow Aquatics. Even though it's not the closest option...so worth the drive!!! Thank you for truly caring about our kid's swim experience and teaching them how to be safe near water.

We also really appreciated the structured curriculum, which made it easy for our daughters to steadily build skills and confidence as they progressed through each level. My youngest has taken year-round lessons for the past two years, and watching her grow into such a strong and confident swimmer has been amazing. My older daughter was a part of Swim Force this past year and absolutely loved it. As a parent, I have loved watching them earn their certificates and ribbons as they mastered each level. While in the kiddie pool, my daughter went into the deep end and she walked out too far and could not reach the bottom. She went under for a few seconds while I watched from afar. This all happened while a lifeguard was standing by and her 2 instructors were in the water next to her talking to each other. I had to yell at them to get their attention and then they slowly came over like it wasn't a big deal. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Totally unacceptable! Do your job!

This is a decent public pool. Plenty of life guards. They change stations about every ten minutes…read moreso as to not become bored with their watch. Very smart! The baby pool (generally for ages 5 and under) is warm and shallow; but the really thoughtful feature is the large umbrellas shading the baby pool. Many babies skin just don't tolerate sunscreen; and these guys get that! They rent out noodle floats for .50 cents because other than wearable floats, floatation toys are not allowed, although you can bring your own water noodle. They also sell candy and quick energy snacks. There is an ice cream shack just outside of the entrance, but you must consume it outside of the pool premises. There is no food (other than the little candy they sell) allowed inside the pool area. I wish they would enforce this a bit more strictly. There are too many times I've stepped on chips, or sandwich crusts from ghetto slobs and their children who can't seem to go a couple hours without food. My real reason for the missing star is they are only open a couple hours at a time. Yes, the admission is very affordable, but the late afternoon hours make it difficult for those of us who like to swim early on the day or make a day thing of lounging by the pool.

Front desk staff was very friendly, courteous, and efficient. It was super easy to redeem my free day pass and didn't need to present anything as I registered online (super easy as well). I took a 30 min cardio sculpt class and a 30 min band camp class in the group X room. Unfortunately I did not get the instructor's name (class schedule is updated in real time online so it's not showing) but she was very cold towards me and not personable as I was the only male in the class and my instincts told me she was not comfortable with that. As for the classes, they were free formatted and just ok (I did work up a decent sweat).

The owner was so sweet and so helpful with everything. It's something fun to do for a girls night, date night, I will definitely be back to try other fun activities to make. She was very kind, patient, and helpful. My daughter and I each made our own pieces, working side by side. I was so very impressed how our projects turned out. Often, my daughter gets frustrated, noting that my projects turn out 'better' than her own. I try to explain how age, attention to detail, and the like affect our projects, but she still pouts. Well, this project was so well planned and easy to execute that my daughter's turned our looking fabulous! Later, family members had difficulty determining whom had made which. My daughter and I had such a great time that we are scheduled for another class already! I highly recommend this business, experience and the owner Kate!
