I went through the drive thru and the barista attended me promptly. I was asked what I wanted and I proceeded with my most ordered drink. A Grande Chai Tea Latte with soy milk, hot. They baristas usually ask if I want anything else. It's after this that I mention I want it with no water and six pumps of Chai. Saying it all at once is a mouthful and can be confusing to most baristas, increases that chances of an erroneous order. This time, the order was placed adequately and with not hiccups. The wait line through the drive thru wasn't long. There were three vehicles in front of me and they were promptly served. There isn't much to say about this Starbucks. I gave it three stars because it's an average Starbucks with average services. Now, that's not meant to be a negative thing. There is nothing wrong with being average. It's just that the services provided didn't particularly stand out over other Starbucks around the valley. It's about what you would expect from a Starbucks. read more

The closest Starbucks in the area for me, another Starbucks is a good 15-20mins away so there's not that many choices. The only drinks that I have always ordered from Starbucks are Greentea Frappuccino and Hazelnut Frappuccino, and yet about 3 of the 5 times that I have ordered the greentea frappe, they wouldn't have it, running out of greentea was always the reason. Although this size is in their cash register, they don't put it on the menu as a marketing strategy to make customers buy larger and more expensive drinks. Short cappuccino - A "Short" cappuccino is a more Italian style cappuccino. Basically this cappuccino leaves out the gallons of milk Starbucks puts in for the more traditional amount of dairy that the drink originated with. French pressed coffee - You can choose any coffee they sell by the bag and have it served in a French press. For coffee snobs, this is one of the best way to appreciate all of the flavors of the coffee you chose. Chocolate Cream Frapuccino - Chocolate syrup and chocolate flavoring. Lots and Lots of chocolate! Do not underestimate the amount of chocolate in this frozen blended coffee. Only for the true chocolate lover die hard. Chocolate Dalmation - The Chocolate Dalmatian adds java chips and chocolate chips to a white chocolate mocha for that extra something. I do not understand the point of a mobile app if they do not follow through with it. Multiple times I have sent my orders 10 min in advance and every time as I get off to get my order, my cup is sitting in the very back. And as customers are BARELY ordering they continue to get placed in front of multiple mobile orders. There are 7 employees working and most of them are standing around having a conversation. This Starbucks has really gone down hill and I don't give it much more time for it to be completely run down. Slow service. Bad service. Store manager needs to reevaluate their employees and start conducting performance base ratings or something. read more

Always way too long of a wait. I wait an average of 30-40 minutes every time. Not sure why it's always like this. Even with only like 5 cars it takes forever. I'd give it lower than one star if possible. We went to Starbucks and were in line waiting since 10:26 (mind you they close at 11) there were only 5 cars ahead of us so PLENTY of time to get us all dispatched. Three more cars arrived after us not even 5 mins after. Well when it's time to order we get hit with "We're sorry we're closed. We close at 11." So the heck with the almost 40 mins we were in line right?! I visit Starbucks frequently and this location ALWAYSSSSSSS takes forever to dispatch orders! Maybe if they would've been working quicker the cars who were in line with enough time before closing would've been served. Management should of already fixed this! ThisbUSED to be a fantastic Starbucks. The crew was like family. Now there is a constant flow of new faces who never seem to get enough training time. The wait lines are long and some of the staff is rude. On that note, the manager Joni is the worst. Blatantly rude to customers and her coworkers (All the time) and always either rolling her eyes and sounding so fake, or just abandoning the team and customers during th busiest times. Often when i do sit for some downtime or to work, she leaves to the back never to resurface. Poor baristas try their hardest and are 99% of the time quite helpful and friendly. But sometimes you can see their struggle as more customers get agitated. That woman is an AWFUL store manager. On a brighter note, Melissa is fantastic and fast, Justin is a hoot and lani is the absolute best! Whatever or whoever trained them should train the rest. read more

This Starbucks is no different than the rest. Most of the time the cashiers are quick with the order but when they ask if you want room for cream they forget to leave room. The coffee is usually burned If you like regular drip coffee. Not the best place to stop if you are in a hurry. The wait time is greater than 15 min inside or drive thru.
