This location is like a roller coaster. You never know if you will have a great experience or a really bad one. Tonight, a man by the name of Christian was absolutely rude to my husband. We had ordered a grande hot chocolate, whole milk, no foam and extra hot. When he brought it home to me it had coffee in it. I am very much not a coffee drinker. This is the worst Starbucks in the history of every Starbucks store. As a commercial real estate developer, I do not know how they allow this location to be placed in this fashion, and obviously did not do a traffic study. Not only is it horrendous to get in and out of both walking and drive through, the staff is equally as bad. I would give this a negative star if possible. I get a Venti White Chocolate Mocha frappe with sweet cream foam and caramel lined in the cup. I'm not sure why this place has such low reviews. I've never been unhappy with the drinks I receive at this location. They taste exactly how they are supposed to! Service is pretty fast, too, which seems to be the main complaint. This morning, I walked in, was happily greeted by most of the workers (rare, I think) and every interaction I had with a team member was pleasant. The place is a little small, and it's usually pretty full, but I've always been able to find a seat. The parking lot is small, but it's right next to a Walmart with a large parking lot, so there is always a place to park. This Starbucks location is a great place to get coffee. I visited yesterday a day before Christmas Eve. Drive-thru was super busy, as it's in the same complex as WalMart. I decided to go inside after placing online order. About 5 minutes after ordering online it was ready. Coffee was WELL MADE, and not weak. Most noticeably was the customer service. The staff was super friendly. Smiles, pleasant demeanors all around. Yep his is what I expect in any business, especially Starbucks. If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. Put in my order on the app at 9:30. Got the first part of my order (a drink and a cake pop) at 9:40 not bad for how busy they were! That's where the positives ended. Proceeded to wait well over 30 minutes for my other drink. Saw people come in 20 minutes after me order at the register and get their order first. That makes no sense. Ended up getting a refund since they had no idea where my other drink was and didn't seem concerned with figuring out why half my order got lost. Terrible service. They have no method to how they prepare orders as evidence of the fact that multiple people had the same issue as me. A door dash driver came in and one half of his order was clearly just made and the other half had been sitting long enough to completely melt and start overflowing out of the cup. If you are going to take multiple item orders you need to make the entire order at once and not just pieces you feel like. I have never been inside of a starbucks but after this experience I will never be back in any form. read more

She was incredibly rude and annoyed at my request when i asked for cream and packs of sugar. Told me coffees don't come with cream and there's already simple syrup in my drink. I'm not a huge coffee drinker but I dabble at Starbucks from time to time. I prefer to get their frappucinos, Java Chip is my fave (you can still order it). I tend to find that their lattes and macchiatos are not that sweet. I recently got the caramel macchiato and wondered where the caramel was. It was kind of disgusting bc it was not sweet. The wait is too long and the price is too high to go through this over and over again. Y'all have got to work on this.. especially whatever crew works after the noon hour. Service was awful- there was only one person in front of me, and yet it still took the 7 workers 15+ minutes to make me a plain latte and a cup of water. One of the baristas made a face at me when I reminded him about my water after getting my latte. The bathrooms were disgusting, and there wasn't any soap- this makes me question the hygiene of the actual workers. I'm just thankful for having my own hand sanitizer! Also- I've never encountered this at other locations-- one of the baristas asked each customer how to make their drink, even though it was written on the cup. I have been sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. Five cars ahead to start. Just now rounding the corner. I can see the window and it's so close, yet so far! By leaps and bounds this Starbucks wins the prize for the slowest drive thru ever! It is now 18 minutes and we are not even at the window yet. Ding ding! I have my drink in 20 minutes flat!
