I went drive through today with my other 2 friends to get our cold drinks by using the offer they had 50% off cold's drinks, we had to wait over 20 minutes till get the window and whoever was on the window refused to give us the 50% off I told her that I have the code number she could use it to reduce the amount but she refused again so I ended up not taking my order, because her attitude and she wasn't helping at all I feel just waste my time over there. read more

Yup, we usually grab a coffee from this place. I would give them a 4 star, however, their staffing seems to always be an issue. I've seen peek days like Black Friday and Christmas where they only have one to two employees working. As I'm sitting there waiting, I start feeling sorry for them for how swamped they are and the manager that failed on hiring more employees. Manager should be fired. read more

I've come here quite a few times, each time getting a drink along with my wife. Just about every time we came to this location, Stephanie was working. She's a shorter girl who, every time I've come into contact with her, has been very rude and not customer friendly. She handed my wife a drink with one of those drinkable sip lids, meaning that you don't need a straw. "S" handed my wife the straw after handing her the drink and "s" rolled her eyes when my wife said she didn't need the straw with her drink. She's very sassy and just not friendly on other occasions as well. All other employees have been very kind and are a good representation of what a Starbucks employee should act like, except for this one "bad apple." read more

This the only Starbucks on the way home from Black Lake. Used to love stopping here. Now it is horrible service. They have a huge drive thru business and those of us that go inside wait to was 15 minutes rounding down. Yesterday not so bad but got a cream frappacino in chocolate with coconut milk. They still use the mocha syrup. My Rochester stores have switched to regular chocolate. I have a very sensitive coffee allergy. Got to the took a sip and lips start tingling. Look at my label and even though board says chocolate they ordered mocha. Of Starbuck has always insisted this is chocolate. Apparently they have never read a dictionary. In the past one barista showed my the bottle to provide it was chocolate and got a surprise when coffee is listed as an ingredient. Took it back. They did replace it but cashier was a total snot. Only one barista working on a Saturday afternoon led to poor quality customer service and drinks. My sister's mocha was of the worst quality that she went to the Starbucks on Arsenal street after. I suggest providing 2 baristas and training the staff better, as the barista working looked very frazzled and clearly didn't know how to properly make drinks. read more

The Starbucks in Target is definitely my go to over the one on Arsenal. They are quicker (even with only having one barista and a line), and always have ingredients that I'm looking for-though I understand that this is not a busier location, the other Starbucks seems to be out of many things. The staff is always attentive, and the drinks are always spot on! read more

I really enjoy ordering my drinks from this location. The baristas take the time to make your drink correctly and give you recommendations when you are looking for something new. There is one barista in particular that is a delight (I wish I knew her name to give her praises). Whenever we go in she remembers us and asks if we want our usual, if not she gives us recommendations based on what she knows we usually like. We only go in once and awhile so it isn't like we are regulars by she takes the time to get to know her customers. The coffee here is always fresh and never tasting stale or bitter. Every drink is made correctly and they don't roll their eyes scoff when you ask for something more complex or a modification to your beverage. I usually will drive here to get my drinks rather than going to the actual Starbucks down the road. Excellent service, amazing drinks, and minimal wait times compared to the location up the road. read more
