Drive thru line was pretty long so we decided to order inside. Inside it was clean and Standard Starbucks atmosphere. There was a couple people in line ahead of us. But the barista got through the line quickly. I ordered a vente iced caramel macchiato and a vente iced maple pecan coffee (seasonal). Order total was $11.45. Drinks were ready shortly. While we waited the baristas were busy making drinks and they kept the drive through moving pretty steadily. Our drinks were good as expected. In and out in under 10 minutes. Most of that was waiting for our order to be taken. The baristas who we ineracted with were very pleasant. read more

This is a pretty standard Starbucks. Despite what others are saying, I wouldn't say that the wait is much longer than other Starbucks. However, be aware that the drive-thru is almost ALWAYS busy. You will wait in line at the drive-through, but it's not because they're short-staffed or not making drinks fast enough. It's because that drive-through gets hammered pretty hard all day. I'll wait at least 5 minutes in the drive through each time I go. However, if I go inside, there's never a line to order. I'll order my drink, go pee really quick, and the drink will be on the counter by the time I'm done. Inside service is much faster. The inside ambiance is pretty nice, too. They have some comfortable chairs, but there's not a ton of seating. There's enough seating that I've come in here and sat on my laptop and done work for awhile pretty comfortably. I come here pretty regularly (at least once a week), and my coffee has never been made wrong as of yet. They do a pretty good job with it. Final thoughts: Expect a bit of a wait in the drive-through. If you're in a hurry, go inside and order your coffee to go. Good coffee, nice place to work inside (though again, limited seating compared to most Starbucks), and mostly pleasant staff. I've never been "wow'ed" by service, but they're always nice enough - even though they're dealing with the pretty constant barrage of the drive-through. read more

Drove through while on our road trip from Texas, through Madison, Wisconsin our way to Big Sky, Montana. I don't normally leave reviews for Starbucks, but all three drinks were made perfectly. Just the right amount of sweetness... we mentioned to the drive through cashier we were from Texas and he was so nice. Told us to be careful and stop by again. I doubt I'll be in the neighborhood, but I'd go back if I was! read more

I love this Starbucks location. My drink is great every time. I've never gotten any actual food, that seems to be a complaint for some people. The drive thru workers are very friendly. I always stop to grab a chestnut praline frappucino before I go do my laundry and they're always very cheery on the intercom even though I'm stopping through 20 minutes before they close... I will update my review once I purchase real food from here. read more

Well two burnt slow roasted sandwiches of which I had to keep moving onto my appt and resolve later my teenager had to eat hers because she had a concert to perform in 12 miles away. So I had to drive all the way back to resolve my burnt sandwich. With a sandwich in hand- a quarter of it was hard, all I got was a refund no apologies for the inconvenience. Thanks. read more

Very disappointed with this Starbucks. Asked the barista for a venti vanilla bean coconut milk iced latte... the barista gave me a blank stare and immediately did not understand my order. She then asked her co-worker (in an annoyed way) what I was asking for and the co-worker stated that she "understood what I asked for". After being treated like I was annoying, I finally got my order and was told it was a vanilla bean coconut milk macchiato... the vanilla bean is a powder and therefore after trying to shake it myself, when drinking it, I was chewing the undissolved powder. At this time I heard the barista state that she only knew how to make a macchiato so that is what she gave me. Obviously this drink needs to be shaken in order to dissolve the powder. All in all, paying $6 for this drink was very frustrating, because it was not what I wanted and if I was just told that she could not make it, I would've ordered something else. read more

Cedar Falls location is vastly better. This place is for I'm out of coffee at home and running late for work emergencies.. Common Theme: 1) I can read an entire chapter of a book waiting in drive thru not kidding! 2) Everything is made wrong, and if it isn't made wrong it's either got grounds in it or it's not what you ordered. A surprise every time I guess. 3) If you're a fan of free wrong drinks this is the place to get it! In one month I had 6 FREE DRINKS! and when I called the manager on it he started arguing with me....really....the customer is getting free drinks all month and you think the customer is doing something wrong...I hung up the phone can't fix stupid. read more

Service is horrible. Cashier didn't greet me and forgot to make the sandwich I had ordered. When she finally did make it she never apologized for the mistake. No problem, lady, I don't have a job I need to get to or anything. Smh. I won't be returning. read more
