Turns out there must be a drive thru entrance farther north that allows you to pull up on the back side of the building to order, but that seemed too much of a bother. Conveniently, they have their menu on the side of the wall near the order window, so I checked it out before deciding. I placed my order and paid, and then had a couple minute wait while they made my smoothie. The staff was friendly and even though they were training a new employee, one of them assured me that she would watch over to make sure it was good. And she was right!
