Tried to make a mobile order here, we're on our way back to Florida from a road trip in Ohio and needed coffee. It's 2 in the afternoon and evidently this location is SOLD OUT OF EVERYTHING We drove by anyway and the drive thru was filled to the brim, but WTF is everyone buying? If your store isn't sold out and you just don't know how to use the inventory with the app system, call someone and figure it out. We ended up seeing a sign for a local shop, "red owl coffee" and filled up there, thank goodness for that!!! read more

Bathrooms look like they have not been cleaned in a month. Really gross. Expect better from Starbucks.

Normally I don't write a review however, for the sake of my friend as being Vietnamese ( English as second language) and get treated very unfair, rude, and discrimination by a female manager. The female manager is belittle my friend that if she can not read the order then don't show her the order. Which is so ridiculous. As for myself working with some of my customers whom are not speaking English as all, I then have to use my google translator. Being in the military and an avid traveler with my family we have visited Starbucks all over the country; this location is by far the worst one we've ever been to. They often close early or aren't open at all. The hot coffee is warm at best. Several times I had to go back in to have them give my wife an actually HOT coffee. They have no customer service skills. Half the time we end up either waiting in line so long it's like "alright we kind of have to order something now, or we walked in and have to pack up the car again after being told they closed the inside and stopped taking mobile orders". I stopped here around 2pm on a Wednesday on my drive from Atlanta to Orlando because I didn't want to go to a Starbucks that wasn't right off the highway and I'm glad I did. There was hardly anyone in the store and the restrooms were pretty clean. There were hand dryers in the restrooms as well as a paper towel dispenser. They were a little slow in getting my order together, but I think that's because they had several customers using the drive-thru. I'd definitely stop by this Starbucks again in the future. read more

Absolute worst Starbucks experience ever, every time I make the mistake of coming here! Unfortunately, there are only 2 Starbucks in this small town, so there isn't much to choose from in that sense. I experience unhelpfulness, confusion from the staff during my ordering, and usually a mis-made drink/ overall order. Starbucks is a fast-paced environment and fairly busy at times, so it would only make sense that the baristas be able to handle themselves and really know the menu if they do decide to work here. Otherwise, there are other slower-paced and less demanding job opportunities in the area. Perhaps more training would help this location get it together. read more

Have to say that I always get good customer service here; today being most recent. There's a fair amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Though you'll find many people being studious indoors as it's close to a college campus. My order today included 2 double chocolate chip Frappuccinos and cake pops. This is the newest Starbucks here in Valdosta and so far it has not disappointed. The interior is how you would expect a Starbucks to be and the exterior is nice as well. The product (which really matters) is the same as ever; great! The best part is that this location is not but 5 minutes from me and my place of work. That's convenience! I'm a regular at this Starbucks because it's just plain good. The service is always good? The drinks are always correct (and no snooty attitude for any changes you may need). It's a reserve Starbucks so they have some really nice single origins that you can get on their Clover machine (try iced also!). The reason it's not getting five stars is because Starbucks isn't great, it's still fast food coffee. But it is very good for what you get. read more

I come through Tifton frequently in my way to Eastman Ga and I Stop at this Starbucks a lot and it is the slowest most inconsistent Starbucks I can't believe they are allowed to carry the Starbucks brand. Always out of stuff one time I waited 45 min only to learn they forgot about my order. the last time I waited 30min I'm here now I had to settle for something I didn't want because they are out of everything and they forgot about my order again the staff is clueless only one dude on the ball here named Jesse and thankfully he is the barista. the store is gross every table is dirty and the bathroom is dirty and stinks. Mobile ordered at this Starbucks and went through the drive thru to pick it up We waited in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes and when we got to the window we were told that they didn't have one of the items we had ordered. This is a very hit or miss Starbucks. They are also extremely slow, so on lunch or in the mornings it's best to mobile order otherwise you're waiting anywhere from 15-20 mins on a coffee. I visit here at least once a day sometimes more and I can't count how many times my coffee has been 1/3 empty, made incorrectly, or luke warm. I need caffeine pretty regularly and am on a time restraint so I'm left with this or nothing but Starbucks regional needs to step their quality up with this store...seriously. read more

This is the kind of Starbucks that existed *before* they expanded too much and wound up with clueless baristas-in-name-only who spelled your name horribly. You know, the good kind! It's a Reserve shop, complete with a single-origin Clover brewer which is quite like an automatic Aeropress. The decor's a little hipstery, but it works. I so wish I could do zero stars. This place needs new management bad!!! There were 3 employees during late morning. Drive thru was backed up, so I went inside where NO ONE was in line. Excellent food and service consistently! The staff is friendly. The reason tbey receive a 4 and not 5 with stars is because they are always out of several items every week. The truck comes every monday morning and they are out kf stock with at least 7 of the same items by Thursday. read more

Their wait time over the last year ha certainly improved for sure. I like how they seem supportive of the military. The building is fairly small considering all of the collage students in the area and any one who wants to have a meeting goes there. read more
