She was cursing with multiple customers and shoppers within earshot, and couldn't seem to handle multiple tasks at a time. The drink menu would be a perfect example of this if the prices were listed. A bonus would be if you had the menus & prices on your website as well so it's easy to find! I work in Coldwater and we order from you quite a bit and one thing we've all mentioned is wishing we could see a full menu so we know beforehand how much our orders are gonna cost and I know some of my coworkers have wanted to order food and didn't because they didn't see any prices listed. Neat details, like the use of pews for seating. The day we went, their internet was down and we had to go to a nearby atm to get cash out, my understanding is that that isn't usually an issue. Large selection of drinks and the option to do a "flight of lattes"- which is unique and fun. We each had a different beverage- two February special lattes and a chai tea latte- we enjoyed them all! We also tried some different food options, an egg cup, biscuit & gravy and the turkey, bacon, ranch wrap. Again, everything was tasty! Although it would be a 35-40 minute drive, definitely looking forward to going back!
