Service at this location is top-notch. I've never had a bad experience here. Today I ordered a cold brew with the Horchata cold foam and oh my goodness it was absolutely delicious! The location is convenient at the corner of Midrivers and Mexico Road, but getting into the parking lot and sometimes parking can be a little tricky. read more

Today June 13, 2024 am crew. So I have visit this Starbucks quite a few times and I have not always been impressed with the service. However, these five stars will go to teddy I think, he has dark curly hair and wears glasses. This young man understands the assignment and what Starbucks should stand for, just like Chic fil A stands for. Teddy greets you, gets the drinks correct and in a timely manner. The biggest thing is he knows his customers and if he sees you waiting, he wants to make sure there is a reason. I have noticed his service quite a few times lately, but this time today when he saw me he , "was like did you order? i don't see your name." I was like no not yet. This made me realize that he understands the assignment. So if you see Teddy be polite smile and say thank you he deserves it just as much. Teddy gets the full Barista name in my book. When this Starbucks first opened it was amazing! Fast, friendly service. However, over the past couple of years this business has gone downhill tremendously & unfortunately they have lost a customer in me. There are a number of grievances but most importantly the service is slow & the business hours are unpredictable. They constantly close during posted business hours. They close the inside randomly which forces you to go through but the drive through can take 25-30mins. Although this Starbucks is within a mile of my home. This is a busy location, and really difficult to get in and out of the parking lot and onto eastbound Mexico Road. The drive thru can get really backed up causing more issues in the parking lot. Inside is pretty small and narrow. If there's a line, you feel like your up in people's business because there are tables right next to where the line forms. Drinks are usually pretty good, but occasionally will be made incorrectly. They do correct the mistakes without issue though. read more

Barista at the window...total bitch. I've been ordering this drink for my grandmother over the past 10 plus years. She literally drinks 1 a day. So I know when it's been made incorrectly. I ordered a coffee based frapp, they made it cream based. When I bring it to the attention of the barista, she walks away from my, got snappy on her headset and when she came back with new drink (obviously a completely different color) she basically threw it at me. As a loyal customer, previous partner and manager that is NOT how that situation should have been handled. I won't be back and with that attitude she won't last long. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my entire life. Please do not go here unless you do order ahead and if you do that, definitely come 10min after the estimated ready time bc they are that bad. I moved from the area a few years ago and it was super slow then and have since moved back and it's still the same. Awful awful! They will make you late. This truly is the slowest Starbucks on the planet. They have a very high turn over, and usually have a mix of real rude employees and really nice employees. For the past 6 weeks, I've been going on Fridays around 11:00am. Every single Friday, I have to wait in the drive through for approx. 30 mins. Their in-app ordering process is smoother than the drive through but they frequently lose your ticket - so make sure you can reference back to the app to show them your order. I give them some leeway because of the high turn over, but a lot of work needs to be done to improve this Starbucks. They do frequently make your drink correctly though! Which is good! read more

My husband and I are visiting our family from out of state and we decided to go to this Starbucks for our coffee fix. We went through the drive thru and the man working was very polite and helpful. As soon as we drove away, I picked my coffee up and somehow it spilled all over my car. When I took it in, I asked if the drink could possibly be remade because I didn't even get to drink it before it spilled everywhere. The lady working the register was so kind and apologetic (although I'm not sure why the coffee spilled) and she had a new one made for me. If I lived here, I would make this my main coffee stop!
