I love my pink drink from starbucks and have been getting it as my go to order for the last few years, until recently there was times where i'd get a drink that was mixed well (too much milk or too much açai) but it was a once in a while thing, unfortunately for me spendings $6 on this drink multiple times i always and excited for my drink but recently every single time that i go the drink has had too much açai or too much milk. I'm not sure if there has been a change with the açai to why it separates so quickly nowadays there's really only two locations that have gotten my drinks right which is minnesota ave and louise by the mall. I hope that this reaches the people above to maybe train their newer employees to mix the drink better but if it doesn't get better it's okay i'll still buy the drinks but they'll be wasted lol thank you for reading! read more

We went here with a group of four. This location is on Minnesota Avenue jus a block from the Washington Pavilion. We ordered tea, latte and Carmel ice frapachino. The drinks were prepared quickly and tasted good. The lobby is the reason I didn't give four stars. It was a little dirty, lots of flies everywhere and people were sleeping in the seating area. I get that they are sensitive to asking people to leave but the guy sitting next to us was sleeping for the full 30 minutes we were there. read more

I'm so annoyed. I live near the crossroads location in sioux falls. So I order occasionally online and go to pick up. Today I ordered online through the app and then decided to just drive through the drive up to pick up my order knowing it wouldn't be ready but willing to wait the same as if you ordered at the drive up. I like the app to use my payment method and gain rewards. So they made me drive around and waited. The barista scolded me with an attitude that I should have waited until the time the app says to come pick up my order. This was rude and there was no other people waiting at the drive through when I went. Plus the coffee wasn't made right either. read more

I looked up this location to make sure I was not super early and it said it was open at 0530 so I went at that time and two minutes later, I had not been helped. I went to the drive thru window to see what was going on and the barista told they open at six. I would say fix the hours listed when a person searches and is told one time and they are not open, but several people have mentioned that this location seems to just make their own hours up and will close in the middle of the day for staffing issues. If you are a person that has things to get done, I would recommend to pick another location due to it being a crap shoot if you can get service at this one during the times listed.... Sioux Falls-ians: GET OUT OF YOUR CARS and go inside! :-) The line in the morning is WAY shorter. Drive-through might be convienient, but good lord, snaking the line out onto the street is crazy. Staff is INCREDIBLY friendly, chatty, and makes your beverage just right. Love 'em. read more

I do my ordering through the app right before I leave my room at the Holiday Inn City Centere hotel and by the time I get here, park and go inside, it's ready and still hot waiting for me. I'm a creature of habit and get my large half caf Americano with sugar-free cinnamon dolce and a splash of soy milk along with those egg white bites every time. I suppose I do pick up a beverage for my coworkers on occasion in addition. I stress this time and time again in my reviews, but as a frequent business traveler the consistency is so very appreciated. One likes that when they are on the road so much, so it's super comforting and refreshing when things taste the way they should and you know what to expect. Starbucks at this location delivers every time. It was actually nice as well because I've been to this establishment probably 15 times in the last three weeks and some of the barista's have become familiar faces as well, and had started to greet me by name and one day even complemented my new blouse. I super much appreciate that. The only annoying thing is that I park in the loading section on 13th every time. I have to because if I go through the drive-through it would just be pointless to pick up my pre-order. And there's no parking on Minnesota. I've contemplated parking in the church parking lot, I believe it is, just beside the establishment but Starbucks is surrounded by a big fence and I'd have to kind of climb up a little bit of a hill to get to the sidewalk. Not happening in the winter, or pretty much even in the summer with the 3-4 inch high heels that I typically wear. LOL. I wish there could be something done about the parking but otherwise zero complaints! Also, there should almost be signs for unfamiliar folks that they shouldn't even try to park in the spots where the drive-through line goes past, because they will get stuck there for up to a half hour. I can speak to this from previous experience. I have a suggestion, I wonder if there could be a runner who runs coffee from the store to either the loading spots or maybe if there could be a specific spot or three, agreed-upon by the church next-door which can be used by patrons. read more

Was passing through on a long drive to Minnesota from California and needed a Starbucks. Walked in and got the worst service I've had at a Starbucks. I only ordered one drink.. The girl in front of me got her drink quickly and I stood and waited and waited for my drink. I watched the girl that took my order make 6 drinks and put them in the mobile area.. I finally asked if my drink was coming and the girl behind the counter that took my order, looked at me said it was coming and walked away.. someone else heard me, made my drink quickly and Handed it to me... to top it off there were flies in the pastry case.. kinda gross. This location is always so busy and is located right off Minnesota so getting out of the drive through can take a while if it's busy. They do always make the orders to perfection and are always super friendly so that's a plus! read more

The service here is top notch! They have never gotten my order wrong and are consistently friendly. Going through the drive-thru in the morning is a great way to start the day. The staff always makes conversation and adds to the pleasantness of my day. I have had bad service and mixed up orders at the other 2 locations, so I try to stick to this one even when it is out of the way. The parking lot is sometimes daunting with the drive through line, but I can usually get out. The interior is nice and clean. It is pretty small, so not ideal to sit with your laptop or have a meeting. I have relaxed in there with a magazine while enjoying a latte and it is fine. read more

I brought 2 pounds of Italian roast and specified Turkish, the finest grind. For my espreso machine. I asked for Turkish finest grind when I ordered the coffee and again reminded the server when I paid for the coffee. I was assured the grind was the finest grind. When I got home I discovered the grind was coarse. Maybe for a drip machine. There were pieces of unground coffee bean in it. Are servers taught about grinds? So I will return one unopened bag. And keep the other for our drip machine. Waste of coffee, my time, and my money. read more

The baristas here are great! I like this location. The drive through is insane and if you think someone will maneuver to let you out of the parking lot if you happened to stay for coffee... You are wrong. There is always a guy working in the afternoon when I come and not once has he made a noticeable connection to a customer. It seems that is what shops like Starbucks and caribou really go for, the pleasant connections with customers. It's one of my favorite things about coffee shops but this place is sorely lacking in that except for a few ladies who have helped me. Over all. I come here because it's close to work.
