I ended up order the seasonal maple spiced latte with almond milk and grabbing 2 of the canned sodas which were strawberry habanero soda and dry-hopped ginger ale. There was a bit of a wait for the latte as they get very busy with coffee orders on a Saturday morning, but once I tried it the coffee was definitely worth the wait. I would ask for more flavoring next time as there was just a hint of maple spice.

There was another lady who replaced him. I didn't get her name, but she also had a super nice personality. They both laughed and smiled constantly. I complemented them because I've been to a lot of drive-through and it's evident a lot of people there don't like their job but at this particular drive-through at this particular Starbucks, it was evident they loved their job either that or they were really good at hiding it. They were smiling. It's just so happy. I drove away and looked at the drinks that I purchased. They wrote little notes on the cups and Drew little faces. I've never seen that before, but little smiley faces and the word Yum it was probably one of the cutest things I've ever seen brightened my morning. I could only imagine if someone was having a terrible day and they were greeted by Jason with his big giant smile and wonderful personality and look at their cups and saw the "extra" put into it. The little smiley faces that it would brighten their day in this world that is so dreary sometimes it was extra nice to be greeted by a big smile. I highly recommend this particular Starbucks. It was good but not like espresso and it was room temperature. No one added anything. I am sensitive to hot coffee so I usually have to let it cool and blow on it for several minutes. But still like it hot and soothing. The person with a large coffee said it wasn't hot. He did not have a latte. We were both very disappointed. It was not steaming. The tea was steaming hot. All three had lids and sleeves in paper togo cups. We each felt each cup and agreed the coffees were room temp. My espresso did not taste like espresso. Not sure what the deal was. Never experienced this before anywhere. Even if they made my coffee first there was not enough time for it to get room temp if it was hot originally. They brought our order to the table which was closest to the register so it did not sit on the counter neglected. I wonder if the machine is not set to the right temp for espresso. I have had coffee throughout the world and this was not great but ok. Our coffees were a disappointment. I had a chicken bacon ranch with cheddar on deli bread with very fresh fruit. But large enough to get the job of filling coffee and tea cups done! The Starbucks itself looks a little cramped due to the many cases they have filled with items to buy. It does not make the area look very neat. But they have taken COVID precautions. This I always appreciate! I ordered a venti iced green tea with no water(if you order no water then they do not add extra water to your tea), light ice, 2 pumps of liquid cane, and light peach juice. This is my regular order at any Starbucks I go to. The barista who took my order was very friendly. She listened and wrote my order correctly on my cup. I made sure to pay attention since this was my first time at this particular Starbucks. The male barista who made my order did not pay attention to what was written on my cup. I did not watch him make my drink. I was talking to my friend while he was. When he handed me my drink I asked him if it was no water, light peach juice, & 2 pumps liquid cane only. He confirmed that. So I took my tea and thanked him. He thanked me for coming to Starbucks too. Starbucks has a policy that if you taste your drink and you don't like it they will remake your drink. No questions asked. But due to COVID I didn't want to take off my mask to try it in store. Once I got to the car and tried my drink I was disappointed. There was a lot of peach juice & definitely more than 2 pumps of liquid cane syrup. And water had clearly been added. But this was my first experience at this Starbucks. I'm hoping that maybe this barista was just having a moment and was distracted. I like to give everyone the benefit of doubt the first time. I would suggest paying attention to when your drink is being made when ordering at this particular Starbucks. And taste your drink before leaving the store.
