The place itself has a nice earthy ambience, like most other Foxtail coffee shops. The area is a little on the small side, but it works as long as it's not crazy busy. Outlet access is okay but you may have to put some wires across the walkway here and there. The parking is great though, lots of open spots when I went there. Overall, pretty good for a less busy spot. I'll be keeping my same rating system in Orlando, and will be rewarding Foxtail Coffee on SODO a 7/10 Freys. It's good enough, but nothing too spectacular. We finally went up to the counter to ask for water and our flight-- they had given it to another table. 15 minutes longer and we finally got our flight, another 10 min and my entree finally arrived. I ordered eggs Benedict and though it was warm (unlike last time), the English muffin was smashed flat. I thought it was on pita bread. It made cutting into everything a real struggle, but it did taste good. All told, we didn't get out of there until a little after 1pm. Perhaps 30 min of that was spent actively consuming what we'd ordered and the rest was just waiting and trying to get a waiter's attention. This place is in desperate need of good management. They were not overly busy, especially for a Saturday, but you could just see that nothing was organized and there was no understood approach. The staff was dressed in regular clothes without name tags or anything discernible to identify them as staff. It made finding help confusing and awkward. For the prices they charge, your customers should never be left waiting for an hour and a half or fending for themselves to get something as simple as water.
