1.Literally turned the car off in the drive-thru because the wait was so long. 2. When we got up to the window, no apologies, but very grouchy baristas. 3.They got two of three drink orders wrong (these were drip coffees so... adding cream and sizes are hard) 4.they didn't mention until the end (after we paid) that they didn't actually have the ordered sandwich. 5.When we asked if they'd charged us for it (we'd already paid) they told us to "calm down, we're very busy" and if we'd like to pick another one. Definitely frustrated, but asking if they'd *just* charged us for something they knew they didn't have was irritating. If you do have to go here, keep your disappointment to yourself. read more

Super slow. Way under staffed. If you want a 30 minute wait for a latte, this is your spot.

Had to watch a train wreck that was this Starbucks and it took 30 mins to get one coffee. We were stuck watching one staff member be completely condescending to what we can only assume is new staff. Coffees were being made incorrectly and completely out of order. The staff was rude and unapologetic. Not the best place to stop if you are trying get back on the road or if you want decent service. read more

Coffee tasted fine, only after waiting 10 minutes in line and another 10 minutes for my drinks. Barista slides one of the cups across the counter, and there's a hair on the lid. EW!!!! After telling barista about the gross discovery, her offer was to put a new lid on it. Never coming back to this slow, gross Starbucks. read more

This Starbucks is probably the newest on I-90 Westbound from Spokane to Seattle. I always stop here to get my caffine infusion, when I'm headed west. Really not much to say about this location, somwhat small, but then again its in Ritzville of all metropolises. The location is clean and the employees are friendly. read more

The people here are very polite, and even though it is way out in the middle of farm fields... You can still get that great cup of coffee served to you by the same types of people that you're familiar with in the big city. read more

I'm somewhat of a coffee snob, but sometimes it's nice to just know what to expect and have your expectations met. Starbucks does a great job of this. We drove the 1200 miles it takes to get from Denver to Portland and Starbucks was never more appreciated. read more

Not the best Starbucks experience I've had. Seemed a little chaotic when we walked in, at one point the supervisor requested that the focus be put into working through the line. After waiting for 10 minutes, I received the incorrect breakfast and my partner was overcharged. (Separate transactions) It seems that maybe the staff is fairly new or that ongoing development and training is needed. read more

Two stars because the coffee was actually decent this time around. BUT, Starbucks' senior management really should take a look at this place in terms of cleanliness. As we walked in the rug mat in front of the door looked like it had been abused by a bunch of oil patch roughnecks...I.e. It was absolutely filthy. Not a real good first impression. I suppose folks continue to stop here just because of the location. Frankly, I think we will bypass the place when we are in the area again. So-long Starbucks! read more

I could not buy a newspaper because line was so slow. i waited long enough for bitter coffee. these people are as bad at service as the mcdonalds across the street. Typical Starbucks drinks and menu but Andrew that works here made it worth the extra time to visit Starbucks. He was friendly and personable and helped me find the perfect drink when I said I wanted something different. read more

Waited for 15 minutes for an americano and a microwaved sandwich that they didn't have so back in line for a refund. But the extra loud music made it impossible to hear when my name was called so that was fun too. read more

This place is so dirty I was shocked we dat at the cleanest dirty table. Every table was dirty, garbage on tables and floors, bottoms of every table coated in dust every table scratched. It was disgraceful the owner/manager should be ashamed! read more

Horrible service and coffee was nasty. They did not even have all the normal flavors. You cannot mess up a quad shot over ice.. but they managed it! Staff needs to be better trained and management needs to get of the ball! read more

This is the worst Starbucks. They wouldn't give me a Venti Water then they wouldn't fill up my water bottle saying it was against company policy. The manager Sue was so rude stating she was sick of giving out waters to non customers. On this visit we spent 23.00. Skip this one and go to Moses Lake or Spokane. read more

Came in for a much needed pick me up, only to find a line past the bathroom. More than 4 employees behind the counter. When I walk in to a Starbucks I hear huddle and bustle of coffee being mAde. Not this place it was like a slow motion movie. Minus the coffee part. All the workers seemed to be moving like turtles. After about 5 min. in line with no movement I threw in the towel. We've stopped at this Starbuck's a hundred times during our travels. We stopped on Saturday evening on our way through and the speaker was not working. We pulled up to the window and the incredibly rude hostess greeted me by saying you "missed the speaker". I told her that the car in front of us just left because they didn't get helped and now we didn't get helped so I didn't thing the speaker was working. She proceeded to tell me it didn't beep at her and it's been working fine all day. I told her I am not sure about the beep but we sat there for some time and they never took our order(please not that I was very polite about it). She continued to tell me that it's been working fine all day and I probably missed it. I finally said(still very patiently) that I don't know but I really don't think its working now. She then got even ruder and said "what do you want". At that point I should have drove away but I order and she repeated my order to me without the Breve(which is what I ordered). My husband said breve please and she got uglier and uglier as she lectured us about the kinds of milk and she knows what a latte is. I looked at her and told her she needed to stop being so rude and she slammed the window in my face. I was pretty much in shock as the manager came over and gave us $4.00 off of our next drink. I am mailing the card back to them and won't EVER go to another Starbuck's again. Terrible service. read more

Stopped to use the bathroom and get a drink. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week based on the build up of feces, hair, and urine around the rim. I thought.. I'll let it slide maybe it's busy.. Nope.. Not busy.. I stood at the counter waiting to order while two female employees finished up their gossip conversation slamming someone then after a minute and several times of me making clear consistent eye contact letting them know I was ready to order one lady came over. We ordered. Then waited. Then another employee ordered their free, going of shift drink and of the two baristas, one stood around and talked to the other, while the other made the off going employees drink before ours... We continued to wait patiently then when we finally got our drinks mine had caramel sauce dribbling down the outside of it. I used to work at Starbucks years ago and I can say that I would be ashamed to work at this one with these unprofessional employees. The end. read more

Stopped here for coffee and was sadly disappointed. As a former Starbucks partner, I expected better customer service. We went through the drive-thru to order 2 blonde roast coffees and 2 chocolate milk boxes; we were told it would be a few minutes since pour overs were needed (at 1030 in the morning!). My husband went in to the lobby to get the coffees and they had not even started the drink order - after 10 minutes were finally starting the second cup. Disappointed in the staff and angered by their lack of organization. We will skip them next time.... read more

Skip this Starbucks! Either go to the coffee stand across the street or wait until you get to Moses Lake or Spokane, depending on which direction you are traveling on i90. The service was extremely slow, there were employees chatting instead of working and our drinks were messed up. Instead of getting customers drink orders before they got to the counter (like busy Starbucks usually do), two of the employees were just talking in plain site of customers. Another employee appeared to be doing busy work (which should be done during down time). The lady at the register didn't know what skim milk was, she was so confused and asked for the order 3 times before I stepped in and said non fat milk. We ordered a tall iced non fat (aka skim) latte, we got a tall iced vanilla milk!!! I told the barista it was supposed to be a latte, she made a new drink but didn't apologize once! The replacement drink was aweful, but we weren't about to ask her to make another. I ordered a grande caramel frap with extra caramel SAUCE, I got a caramel frap with extra caramel syrup in the drink, too sweet. The last drink was actually correct, but it wasn't blended enough and that same barista let it sit for a few minutes before actually calling out the drink and putting it on the counter for us! This Starbucks needs to get rid of all current employees and start from scratch. Worst Starbucks experience ever! read more
