Which if I'm not mistaken, costs more than hot. We told them the mistake and they told us we would have to pay for two new drinks if we changed them even though it wasn't our fault. If you go anywhere else, they would happily make new drinks and I'm not a difficult customer. Just disappointed with the service.

We were in the area and looking for a new coffee shop to try out. This popped up as suggested and…read morethe location was close. The building is awesome. It's an old house and the inside is super cute. The actual coffee shop is in the garage so they open the garage door cuz it was a gorgeous day outside. The pastries all looked delicious. The ham and cheese quiche was so good. I asked if they had any sugar free syrups. They had vanilla and caramel so I had them add both to an iced latte. It was really good. My husband opted for one of the house drinks, called the White House. It was delicious as well. Wanted to try the breakfast bagels but they were all out since it was later in the afternoon. Once they are gone they are gone for the day. The quiche was delicious though. We will just have to try other things next time. The cinnamon roll was awesome too! We will be back.

The customer service was not the best…read more They weren't super busy when I got there - just steady flow of customers coming in and out. I did have to wait to place my order but it wasn't too bad. The cashier was not warm whatsoever. I ordered two drinks and two pastries, scones to be exact. My drinks took a little over 10 minutes to be ready (which was not bad given how busy they were) but I still hadn't received my pastries. What was frustrating was that people who ordered after me HEATED pastries had already gotten their orders yet I hadn't received mines that just needed to be bagged? I kindly told the cashier I was still waiting for my scones and I could tell she had clearly forgotten about them. She shortly gave them to me with no apology for the delay or anything. When I got home, one of the scones I had ordered was the wrong flavor. They were also extremely dry. If you're in a rush, be mindful that the pour over coffee takes a little longer to make. I am completely dissatisfied with the service today. I might give their other location a try but this one is a no for me.

The girl at the front was so sweet she told me about the night market that happens once a month ob Friday and Saturday. Will be looking forward to that. The shop is large with lots of Vietnamese treats on the shelves, and tons of seating. The boba was chewy, the matcha was strong, milky was fresh and the strawberry was tart which balanced perfectly. Also had a Banh Mi Dac Biết. I'm still not used to these small size sandwiches that's $6.50 lol but if this is the norm in Ohio I'll just have to live with it (from CA). It's not bad but I'm not a fan of the bbq pork, I didn't get much of the bbq flavor but the bread is home made and I do like it. The pate was not as smooth but flavorful and did not skimp, the Vietnamese Mayo was really good! I'll try more things in the up coming future ! Overall not bad!
