First, the location is great right next to a big beautiful walkable tree shade covered park. Nice big covered patio seating area and several different inside seating areas as well. I was greeted promptly by the friendly employees who took my order immediately. Unfortunately they were out of quiche so I ordered the avacado toast and a veggie sandwich with The Nikki coffee. Coffee was out in 5 minutes, delicious and not overly sweet which I appreciate,, with food to follow in another 5 minutes. The business is clearly conscious with the type of packaging they choose which I also apprecite. Great local business! Super cute shop with locally made art and goods for sale as well as games and entertainment for diners. Also, I am not gluten free and the bread is delicious to me. Will recommend and return to try the quiche and lunch menu.

I ordered an iced green chili white mocha, which was excellent and had just a little bit of spice. When I was waiting for my drink, people were also working remotely within the coffee shop and it's probably a great place to catch up on some work. If you are in the Pueblo area, I highly recommend stopping by this coffee shop. It was an easy stop as I needed caffeine for the rest of the road trip.

The manager that works Sunday mornings has been completely beyond rude, retaliatory and abusive…read more My wife and I were into the store a month ago dining in when she needed to use the restroom, it was filthy at 10 a.m. She notified the staff of the issue and they rudely, with attitude, came to sort of clean it, acting like doing what is a minimal requirement of a restaurant was a huge offense and treating a customer like total shit about it. Forward to today. My wife and I went in again to have breakfast burritos, ordered coffee drinks. My wife's drink didn't have the caramel is was supposed to have, went up to the counter and asked for it pleasantly. The manager said " oh, you wanted caramel with that? ". Condescendingly. Same said manager brought our food to Us a couple minutes later asked who had which type of burrito. Sometimes it takes me 2-3 seconds longer to process/ verbalize due to being a TBI survivor and having Encephalomalacia, a brain disease. This put her off I think, because I stuttered a little bit. She placed the plates down( unlike our last visit where she tossed them like frisbees)....then began to walk away, then said, " let us know if we've done anything else wrong". She told my wife " you complain about something every time you come in here. Seriously? Asking for a clean restroom a month ago,and caramel today, which was your mistake, is a problem for you? This proves that her behavior, abuse and harassment upon Us is completely retaliatory. Seriously? You're that petty because my wife asked for a clean bathroom a month previous, and asked for caramel? I contemplated a moment, Then I STOOD UP, I wasn't going to allow this smug B to continue abusing Us. I walked up to counter, asked another employee if the woman was the manager, he said yes. But she has gone to the back of the kitchen, pretending like she couldn't see me. I told her , in front of of 8 new customers and her staff, that what she said to Us was absolutely irreprehensible . She immediately said if we didn't like it we could leave. All the while getting louder, with a higher pitched tone and even a more condescending one, putting on theatrics for everyone else in the restaurant. At this point, my wife stepped up, reinforcing what I had just expressed, accepted the refund that was offered, took boxes for our food, and we left. We're already dealing with the issue of abuse and harassment by the manager there while we were PEACEFULLY dining as customers. We don't know her name tho soon will. She should NOT be working in a service job. To the owner Mike Hartkop,you allow this in your businesses? You need to make some changes. Not only is your staff abusing and discriminating against persons with disabilities, tho also members of a community you claim to welcome in your stores. It's clear that inclusivity is at the discretion of the day in your business. Atrocious disgusting behavior. I don't think I even expect better after this. I thinking rather that Pueblo isn't capable of. Low class or none, seems the standard.
