The pickles were solid, and the mustard was tangy and balanced, but those were the only highlights of the sandwich. I did have a cortadito while waiting, and that was excellent. The coffee, croquetas, and baked goods looked promising -- I might come back to try those instead. But if you're coming specifically for the Cuban sandwich, I'd head to Sanguich in Little Havana -- that one's a 9/10 in my book.

We were greeted by the staff as soon as we walked in and took a seat at one of the tables near the register. I think you can either order at your table or place it at the register. We decided to place it at the register since it looked like they were a bit busy. We got some of the fruit cups and choose to do it as a "PiC and dip". They asked us if we'd like it on a plate with the chocolate dip in the center or in a cup and we each choose the plate for our own orders. The daughter of the owner was super sweet to check with us on our preference and kept checking on all the patrons inside to make sure everyone was doing good. The fruit cup says it comes with seasonal fruit and it looks like all they had were strawberries for this time, which is fine with me since I love strawberries. You could choose either a white, dark, or milk chocolate for the dip. I loved how they also had an option to create your own chocolate bark. Very cute and I haven't seen a concept like this in a while. Overall, a very cute chocolate cafe.

They tell you to wait to be seated, yet there is no one assigned to seat guests. The waiters can clearly see there is a line, but no one takes the initiative to step up and seat anyone. Management seems very unorganized. They should assign one person specifically to seat guests, and when there is no wait, that person could float and assist elsewhere. After waiting, I finally asked a waiter if I could seat myself. I sat down and waited almost 10 minutes, and no one even came to offer water. At that point, I decided to get up and take my business elsewhere. The service today was horrible, and it seems that as they get busier, the service gets even worse. I do not recommend this place at all.
