When I picked the cake up, it looked nothing like what I ordered based off of the photos they provide on their website. I asked the bakery employee what happened and she just replied "oh we don't have those items here.". Why didn't they call me to let me know they wouldn't be able to provide me with the cake I selected off of their website? Her response was just, "oh well". Brought the issue to the store manager who did offer to discount the cake. Another time I asked they personalize one of their pre made birthday cakes with a name. The employee in the bakery did not speak a word of English and was unable to assist me. She was the only one working the bakery. So I was out of luck. Do better Publix!
