Baked goods on my weakness and I'm thrilled to have Nothing Bundt Cake near home. This beautiful new shop is on the corner of Woolbright & jog Roads in a busy Publix shopping center. The shop was beautifully decorated and inviting.
Friends Dena Tripp & Debbie Shwetz created the first Bundt Cakes in their Las Vegas homes 27 years ago, in 1997. Now they're considered the #1 specialty cake company in the country. They have 840 locations & this is the fifth in Palm Beach County.
They serve at least 10 flavors; chocolate, chocolate chip, confetti, red velvet, lemon, white chocolate raspberry, strawberries, and cream, something seasonal which today was carrot with pineapple pieces & a special limited-time flavor which now is Oreo cookies & cream. The cream cheese frosting was calling me although the lemon, vanilla buttercream, chocolate ganache looked equally delicious. Frosting can be omitted, drizzled, light or extra frosted. There are add-ons & decorations to make the Bundt look even more special. I can show up at the beautiful shop, pre-order or get my baked goods delivered. There is a Bundt club, but that could be dangerous for me.
The Bundt cakes came in small individual sizes, that could be boxed by the dozen. Smaller bundts serve 8 while larger buns serve 18 and are double the price. There are bundtini's which cost $6.25. My carrot Bini with cream cheese frosting was icy cold, moist, flavorful, and satisfying. The cream cheese frosting wasn't too sweet. It was creamy and delicious. read more
