It left me with a mild buzz, no jitteriness and minimal acidity. I will say though that LA has led me to be more of a coffee snob than I realized. Don't expect a heart poured into your latte. Service is a bit slow. The gal at the register didn't know what they were out of and had to check anytime someone approached the register to order and asked for a food item (none coffee). And because this is one of the few legitimate coffee places around, it's extremely popular so the line quite literally goes out the door. There's also limited waiting space inside.
