Good news: the bathroom is open again! I sent my Uber driver in yesterday and he was scared that the bathroom would still be locked up. Not anymore. He brought back some delicious drinks, as I expected, too. This is a tricky location but I am grateful that there is a Starbucks in Park City. However, the darn Burger Kind across the street has a drive-thru line that backs up out onto the street, especially at lunchtime and can sometimes impede access to the drive-way where the Starbucks is. (I took 1 YELP STAR off for that.) But I did enjoy the lodge-like, A-frame architectural feel of this java joint and the usage of boulders and rocks in the front. I am surprised that this is not a drive-thru Starbucks and I think if it did have a drive-thru window, it would be much appreciated on cold, snowy mornings up on the mountain. But I am grateful, indeed, that I was able to grab a strong cup of coffee and my Uber driver could prepare himself for the drive down to Sundance by utilizing the loo. 4 YELP STARS. read more

I mean... it's a Starbucks, right? Park City isn't exactly a Starbucks town, but they're there holding down their own and there are some pluses to this location. In full disclosure, I don't do coffee, so this is more a review of the coffee shop than the actual coffee. But as a big plus, this is currently the only coffee shop in town that I could find that was open past 5 or 6pm. I wanted to meet someone in PC and this was pretty much the only game in town for a late afternoon/pre-dinner meeting that wasn't a bar. Kudos for that. And also yes, the immediate parking area isn't huge, but you're still just outside of the main part of town where parking is ridiculous, so I'm still calling it a plus in the parking category. On the negative, there's very limited seating here, and only one real option for seating more than 2 people in the same place. There's a small table right where you come in that could fit 4, but other than that, there's just small bar and two-tops. Despite the later hours, it's just not a place to really grab a drink and meet people. It's more a jump in, get your drink, and get out. I haven't been in winter, so I have no idea how that changes things. That seems to be the root of much of the polarization in reviews, so it would be interesting to see how they handle the skiier/tourist/slush traffic. read more

The blonde girl at the register was EXTREMELY rude to me and my friend. Not only did she give us a ton of attitude, completely unwarranted (we walked in happy) but she also spoke super condescending when she didn't understand our request. I would literally never come to this location again, just so I wouldn't have to potentially be treated that way by her. Girl if you are reading this, realize that you are one of the first interactions of our day. And your attitude didn't set a great tone for my day personally. Please be kind. read more

This Starbucks isn't awful, It's just not wonderful. The place is usually a little dirtier during the winter because everyone treks in the snow and slugs from the outside. The parking area is very, very small. You could potentially park elsewhere around the Starbucks but if you're not one of 6 people in the lot or one of 2 for disabled spaces then you have to walk a ways. This, in the winter, is not as pleasant as you may think. They have a limited selection of offerings, and a lot of normal Starbucks goodies, amenities and souvenirs for cities are not available at this Starbucks despite it being the only one practically in Park City. read more

Convenient and quick stop. It's a small store with a few chairs indoors and a few patio tables. Nothing out of the ordinary for a Starbucks, but it does the job. You can get a consistent, yummy beverage here and the closest one to Main Street (and the only one in the downtown Park City). read more

This location was cute and tucked away, BUT BEWARE of Cathy, she's an older lady who works at this store. She is rude and terrible customer service, also lowkey insinuates your stupid while rushing you. I work at Starbucks so I understand but when people are being kind, you don't act the way she did. Sorry but I would recommend only going if she isn't working. Overall everyone else was kind and good service, Cathy not so much. OK, I read some of the reviews and felt that I needed to leave one. Yes, it is expensive because we are in Park city and everything is expensive here. When it comes to this actual location, I can tell you as a part-time homeowner for nine years, the staff is consistent and has the highest standards of anywhere I have ever traveled or lived. They always remember me and the specifications of my order. I tend to use the mobile app and order in advance and they will ask me how I'm doing, we will discuss things around this small community that are going on, and they even visited one of the local customers in the hospital. The staff at this Starbucks makes it a one of a kind bespoke experience that you would not expect from a Starbucks. It is a small town community, and I look forward to my visits as soon as I arrive. Sweet little Starbucks nestled right in the middle of Park City Utah! I was happy to see they had a clover machine so I was able to get a really good cup of coffee before I started my dissent back down to Salt Lake City! The barista was very friendly and had great conversation while she was making my clover! The inside was designed with a wood theme in mind and made it fell very mountainous like I was in a log cabin Starbucks. Can't wait to come back up here again! read more

It's a Starbucks. Nothing special about it. I guess the best thing about it is the outdoor seating a views of the mountain. It's on a busy street, but there is a parking lot. Good place to work if you need to do some while on vacation. Truthfully the only reason I came here was for their WiFi and to get out of the house. In any case, no need to write more about this unspectacular Starbucks. You know what you are gonna get. read more

I am writing this review based on the newly remodeled location. Starbucks has added seating, power outlets, and a new patio. Also, they have made this location an Reserve store with a Clover Coffee maker. I highly recommend the Clover coffee... I recently sampled the Jamaican Blue Mountain and Sumatra Reserve blends... Both were quite tasty and smooth. They are a couple extra $ but it is well worth watching them prepare your coffee from the bar. Good job Starbucks! You turned what used to be a mediocre location and small store into a real big winner! read more

I was working on a project in Henefer and was on my way back to Salt Lake to fly back home. I searched my Tom Tom for a Starbucks and this one popped up. It was a gorgeous spring day in March and being an avid skier, gazed longingly at all the ski runs in view. Alas, no time on this trip for boondoggles. The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was the dirty floor behind the counter. The line was long and we patiently waited. The line was slow and we patiently waited. As we moved on down the line and waited for our drinks, I noticed the fact that the counter was dirty. The only redeeming thing about the entire visit was the fact that my Zebra Mocha tasted good. Worst customer service I've ever had at Starbucks. Stephanie (the barista) seemed to be on meth. She couldn't hold still long enough for me to ask her a question about a drink. I asked her three times with no answer when she looks at me and says, "what do you want"? She acted as though I was annoying her by being there. Starbucks is known for the hipster vibe but they're pushing it a bit too far if they are training their teams to act annoyed when someone wants a drink. I opted to spend that money at a different coffee shop today. The management team needs to get Stephanie some training or find someone who can treat customers decent. read more

I love Starbucks and their coffee. This particular one in Park City was located inside a grocery store. Service took forever, not because it was understaffed, just that there was every man woman and child ordering "fancy drinks." You know, stuff that doesn't even include coffee. After three or four of these I figured the barista would be more than happy to pour me a quick cup of joe. She took just as long on my plain coffee as she did on the "fancy lad" drinks. In a Starbucks first, she reheated by coffee with a blast of steam from the espresso maker. The coffee was good, just not quite "hot enough". Next time I will avoid this Starbucks and get a cup of brown water somewhere else. read more

Great place! Walked in after a terrible experience at the BK across the street. The barista was very friendly and took our orders quickly. I would give this 5 stars but unfortunately the seating is very limited and we were a party of 4 when most tables only served 1 or 2. We managed to get the only table that served 4 people shorty after our drinks were ready. They tasted marvelous. read more
