This is you're typical five star Starbucks experience If you read the low reviews , they are from people with unrealistic expectations This is the only Starbucks for miles around As a result is quite popular and very close to the freeway, which gets a lot of traffic The drive-through can be quite long I look behind the counter every time I am here the barista's are all working their freaking asses off ( I count 8. At 9 am all smiling while they busy their butts) Corporate Would love to know that all the food is exactly up to the Starbucks standard And whenever you use the app ,which is a must if you're in a hurry, The predictive wait time is as close as any Starbucks out there If you'd like a one star experience : show up during rush-hour walk and get your order and then think you're gonna get it in five minutes On the west coast in cities snd airports. Walk up experiences can be 45 minutes plus. Spoiled brats making entitled one star reviews. read more

Starbucks - Fast fast fast service. In cue though...There are many mobile orders here. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Paducah, Kentucky

Grabbed a trenta iced coffee in the afternoon while I was driving through the area. I put in a mobile order and went to the store 5 minutes later. The order was ready on time. The store was clean and the service was friendly. Can't ask for much more when stopping into a Starbucks. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Paducah, Kentucky

I stopped at Starbucks for a caffeine boost during a long drive and walked straight into a long line thanks to a big family ahead of me, with only one barista working the register. The wait dragged on, but my Emperor's Cloud Tea and decaf Americano (with heavy cream and one pump sugar-free vanilla) eventually came out decent -- expensive as expected. The store was clean with average vibes, though parking out front was tight. It got the job done, but the slow service made it more frustrating than it needed to be. Not really their fault though -- it was the family reunion at the front counter. read more

I visited this Starbucks again, so much better! Hats off to folks for making changes, allowing mobile order pickups to come inside. The inside is better designed. Still for sure recommend ordering ahead, but a great place to pick up a drink now. read more

Avoid... if you make it into the drive-through, you'll be stuck for about 45 minutes! Very slow!!!!!!!!

Slow as molasses. Not enough people working. Very inefficient. Waited for ever two afternoons in a row. Starbucks needs to help this location. read more

Starbucks - Working areas - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Paducah, Kentucky

Coffee is as it should be. Service is terrible and so incredibly slow. Workers act as if they hate every customer that comes in.

Gave my order and they forgot to take my name and told me that they would call out my order rather than my name. Of course that was ok. I sat and waited until I saw that most of the people that were waiting in their drink had left. I went to the counter and asked if there was a camomile tea in progress. She asked my name and I told her that the clerk didn't ask for my name until after that step on her side. She probably didn't hear what I said but proceeded to list EACH 3rd party delivery services that use their store. She ended her diatribe by rudely saying that next time I should leave my name. I repeated what I told her before and she rudely said sorry. At this point I walked away without my drink that I tipped 50% on. But feeling more anger I called and told them my thoughts. The RUDEST Starbucks I've ever been to. read more

3 stars only because we loved our drinks but the lady at the window was not very friendly. I told her my order slow, as I know I've said it too fast in the past at other Starbucks so i was sure to make the effort this time to slow down. She told me to hold on and i apologized and told her I was trying to go slow and she says "yeah". I had to repeat things multiple times that I stated clearly, and SLOWLY, and because her attitude I was too uncomfortable to correct her towards the end. I typically never have an issue at Starbucks and know people have bad days of course but there's no reason to be unapproachable! Probably won't be back at this location read more

Great service, fast, accurate and very friendly. Always on time when I put my online order in and drive up.

I'll give this review just like I would if I was telling a friend, to the point and honest. Starbucks may be a little out of my way and a couple dollars more than their competitors, but it's always quick, the food is hot and fresh, the baristas are top notch friendly, and the drinks are made CONSISTENTLY. You can't beat that. I'm willing to leave and little early and to pay a little more for amazing service and a product worth what I'm paying for. My barista even engaged in conversation with me this morning, asking if my day was going well so far. To me, the little things like this put an establishment over the top. I've never had a bad experience here and my drinks/food are always exactly what I want/expect them to be. 10/10 from me. Edited to add: I've been visiting this location since it opened, and more frequently in the past 3 months. Even when the drive thru line is long, I've never waited a super long time. I would imagine using the app and running inside is even faster. Just a note that a long wait has not been my experience. read more

Starbucks needs to figure out how to honor customers who choose to come in and order over mobile orders. I waited 15 minutes for two coffees. COFFEES ... not even specialty drinks. Sad you can't do better when you charge what you do for coffee. Please make my next experience on my road trip better than it was today. Just go through the drive-thru at this location. Don't waste your time with mobile orders or heaven for bid get out of your car and go in. read more

With that many people running around and looking like they're working you'd think they could turn out some drinks but nothing like a 30 minute wait for 2 drinks. Do yourself a favor and find another Starbucks. The app told me my drinks would be ready at 10:42. (Ordered at 10:30). It's now 11:01 and finally we're leaving. Other reviews are similar. How is this possible? Incredibly disappointing. read more

Hands down one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The barista shamed me for asking for a little more coconut milk. I was going for strength so I ordered a double shot with the extras that I usually don't get -- I rarely get sugar or any type in my coffee but needed a little extra umph today. Then, I ordered an extra shot separately because When I order it all in one beverage it is never the right strength. I asked for a tiny bit more coconut milk and the 17 year old told me next time I needed to order a latte. Whejn I order a latte they drown it. My typical drink is a flat white, blonde espresso, almond milk, no room, extra shot or two, extra hot. And, I pay around 8 bucks plus a tip. Lately the result varies when I am traveling so today I went for a quick hit of caffeine without a cup of milk added and less calories. I do not enjoy being shamed for a drizzle more coconut milk. It was about 6.50 total, for this small cup with the 3 shots added in. My usual drink is about 1.50 more and 3 times the amount of fluids. I only use Starbucks when I'm traveling and can't find & support a mom and pop place, so when I pay 6-8 bucks for a drink plus 1-2.00 cash tip, I would like it to taste right. And guess what-- last night -- I ordered pick up at the Starbucks in Mount Vernon, Illinois, and it was the same drink.. it was cold and I went in and told her in a nice way. She asked sweetly, would you like me to steam the coconut milk?! I was very grateful as I'm on a long journey across several states and was trying to stay alert. Her coconut milk was perfect. And -- guess what-- I paid the 70-80 cents for it in both instances. The girl / barista today was playing milk police and we are talking about half an ounce or less. I usually don't remark on Starbucks as it is overpriced convenience ,but this was so disturbing when I was super road weary. And , surprise surprise, I came in here to make note of this and see they don't have good ratings, anyway. All the manager did was stand there with an insipid smile on her face like I was an idiot. She offered to make me another drink-- which I refused. I had one, I was looking. For that treatment Starbucks demands for everyone to be equal and nice. I hate being dressed down by a child over a drizzle of fluid. Did m going to find different avenues for my coffee when I travel. It is so overpriced as it is. 2"with Starbucks it is really a status game and to pay for their real estate. I normally make my own French press coffees at home with local roasted specialty beans ... so it's not like I don't know my coffee and flavor profiles . Finally, I walked over to Cracker barre, and an older than me lady who has worked 23 years there-- Glenda- gave us fabulous service for two little dishes. I paid her a 40 percent ti which was more than my coffee,, commented to the general manager and was treated with respect. Customer service is everything. read more

Unfortunately they will not let you know if their food has gluten added. Simple question "is gluten added to this egg dish". Why could they not give a simple answer? Yes/no .. Really pisses me off that when I open the app and it says in-store pick up or drive-through but they only let you go through the drive-thru I rolled around the corner in their shitty parking lot to see that the line was ridiculous so I turned around and parked to place an online order and selected in-store pick up only to walk across the parking lot at my pick up time to find that the door was locked, so then had to wait in the long ass line. If you're not gonna allow people to walk in to pick up their order, then turn it off the fucking app. It's super inconvenient in this parking lot is so shitty. It's almost impossible for anybody to turn around. read more

Only use the drive through here. If you order on line or at the counter expect at least a 20 minute wait.

People are real nice but there needs to be some training. So many people and very little accomplished.Half an hour at least in line. I love how they have posts so that you can't leave the line too. Just wow. read more

Hi there, Queen of Glow here! I'm a talk show host of Get Your Glow On Radios Show - WDRB Media. I don't typically have to look up Starbucks for reviews but I should have done it for this location. If I could give a zero I would. I stopped here traveling from St. Louis to North Carolina and I fancy stopping at different states to collect Been There cups This store was stocked with cups I was delighted. Stood in line 20 minutes holding the cup and when I get to the counter, Pam tells me that she can't sell me the cup because it won't be on sell til Tuesday are you serious right now??? She would not sell me the cup. I was furious. Neither would her manager Brittany. I've never been so embarrassed and hurt. I'm sure Starbucks is not in the business of displaying items that can't be sold until a later date. Very poor customer service. Please Do not go to this location. read more

Ordered 2 lattes, waited 30 minutes. when barista cleaned up a spilled drink, this also spilled into the ice container, she just looked at it and closed the door. I went to the counter after my waiting period and the moved it up. This is after several others received their drinks. Spoke to a older woman and she became irate. This Sunday morning 3.17.24 in case your manager reads this, maybe you will be reprimanded for your customer service. She was yelling at me because they dont honor their customers or sanitation. Great service and nice baristas. Due to covid they're out of a lot of things but still very nice about it.

FILTHY! 30 minute wait for 2 normal hot lattes. People that came in after us and ordered at counter got drinks before us. They focused on drive up orders before the customers inside. It was not any more busy than any other starbucks. Rudest employees I have ever encountered. We did complain but were not nasty. Asked for refund employee became so nasty to us and commented that it's not considered fast food and that the others had ordered on the mobile app. We watched 3 people order after us and get multiple drinks before us. Others were waiting also. Another women had gotten half of her order but waited longer than we did to get the rest of hers. Cashier stated she was not trying to be rude literally yelled at us. Only one person there working her butt off the others were slow and one of them actually spilled a drink in the ice, looked and kept using it. Bathrooms are locked down and you have to have a code to get in. Probably because they don't want anyone to see that they have not been cleaned for 2 years. So nasty! read more

Extremely slow service. Traveling thru and delayed our trip by 25 minutes going thru the drivethru

The service was fast af. I enjoyed talking to alll the baristas that worked there. They made me feel special.

I love Starbucks, but the experience I had on January 1st was disappointing! A huge line in the drive thru and nobody was getting service. And then a group of young workers walk outside obnoxiously yelling to me that "we're closed". Why not put a sign on the drive thru and nicely explain to the line of cars that you're closing early? Letting 10+ vehicles back up for 30 minutes is unnecessary. I work in customer service, and this is not the way to run a customer-first business. read more

SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I'm sorry to say our experience at this Starbucks was not only terrible, but also becoming more common of our experiences at Starbucks everywhere. The drive through line was more than 12 cars deep and since we were on a road trip, we were hoping for a quicker stop. Upon going inside to order, I waited over 5 minutes before being greeted and after ordering two basic drinks, waited another 10 minutes alongside over half a dozen of other unsatisfied customers also waiting for their orders. We ended up getting a refund and leaving. Unfortunately this seems to be becoming a norm for Starbucks and it's disappointing. Although it's just a cup of coffee, I thought it worth the review. I hope this company can fix whatever seems to be going wrong at it's numerous locations! Perhaps stop taking online orders so that the customers that take the time to come in to your stores will receive priority service? read more

The last few times I've been there it was super backed up. Now the drive thru you have to go the other way and around al the way around the store hey got orange cones, somebody went the wrong way and nearly hit me and wouldn't back up.
