Ended up stopping here to meet up with family members. My 1st impression when pulling up is how tiny the parking lot is and it makes it a hassle to get out because of the drive thru traffic. Going in, everything looks so organized, but after sitting down, I notice the floors are dirty and seems like it hasn't been clean for days. Parking lot is designed so that entering and exiting is very difficult. It is the absolutely slowest Starbucks I have ever visited (think 20+ minutes for walk in order of 1 drink). It is not particularly clean, both counter and restroom. After parking and going in today I realized I have had this same experience at this location in the past. The good: the staff are extremely friendly and the drinks are always on point. Anytime I've ordered online, it's ready on time and made to perfection. It's a clean, new-ish looking store. The bad: the design of this Starbs is horrible! The drive-thru line is always 10 cars deep and extends into the side street so there is no way to get in and out and just park in the lot without getting into the drive thru line. I usually see people parking illegally on the side street or in McDonald's to go in and pick up orders. I'd go here all the time if the design was improved. I wish the management would do something to extend the parking on the side so that more customers can go in versus using the drive thru line. read more

Cute Starbucks conveniently located right off of the interstate. The cafe and bathrooms are kept very clean. I ordered an almond milk vanilla latte and a sprouted bagel with cream cheese. Everything came out within 5 minutes when I went inside. However if you're going to get in line be prepared for a long wait. This place is poppin! read more

Disgustingly dirty, filthy bathrooms and the staff today showed absolutely no concern when the fact their service area contained used cups, garbage, and had several spills. I was told they were busy and they'd get to it when they could, doing nothing and acting as if my expectation of cleanliness was somehow offensive to them. Starbucks is one of my favorite brands. I love the idea of having my drinks customized personally for me. As a Gold Card member since 2011, I've had many opportunities to frequent different locations on a regular basis. Today I was disappointed. We were returning from Birmingham heading back to Atlanta and stopped at this Starbucks. Seeing that the drive thru line was very long, we made our orders via the mobile app and went inside to pick up our drinks. Inside the store was clean and the staff were preoccupied with getting drink orders out. We stood by the Mobile Order pick up sign and waited and waited. Everyone who was waiting for in store and mobile order wait in the same spot. After a while my daughter and I were the only ones standing there and the barista looked pass us and announced, "is anyone waiting for mobile orders?" Up until this time every drink order that was ready was announced by name and the person picked up their drink. I said, "we have mobile orders". The barista replied, "what's the name?" We said our names and she plunked our drinks on the counter top and walked away. Our beverages had been placed in another area behind the counter. People who came in and ordered in the store came and left and the long line outside was reduced to one car. My daughter's whip cream on her Frappuccino was semi melted and my Chai Latte was not as hot. Needless to say, we left disappointed. Not so much because of the product, but their lack of the typical friendly customer service towards us was apparent. On our next road trip.. we'll take a pass on this location. read more

During this trip my son and I stopped here because we needed something to eat so we ordered four Starbucks Turkey Bacon & White Cheddar Classic Breakfast Sandwiches. I am a very patience person, but this was ridiculous. After 21 minutes of waiting I went to the counter to complain and then they finally gave us our food, they apologized and offered us four more, so we left with 8 sandwiches LOL and after eating 5 throughout the day I said I'd never eat one ever again as now I am sick of them. This location has made mistakes on countless orders. While almost all Starbucks locations are pretty consistent on their drinks and food, the only thing this location does is consistently make mistakes. That said, the location is very nice. This Starbucks has an incredible crew! I go almost every few days and they recognize me on a first-name basis! They are amazing! They are often crowded, but they still make every customer feel special! The food is hot and doesn't take them long! The one design flaw is that the drive thru line extends into the parking lot, and usually, cars in the parking lot must wait until the drive thru line clears out in order to back out. My fiancé and I stopped here on our way to Mississippi. We saw the tall sign from the highway and pulled off. It's located really close to the interstate, but the parking lot is pretty small and it seemed very crowded. The staff was friendly and our drinks came out in about 5 min. Drinks tasted fine. Not the best I've ever had, but not the worst. One thing I did notice was the store seemed a little dirty. The cream/sugar table had two trash can holes, and the trash was filled to the brim. She offered an alternative that would end up tasting very similar, but we were up-charged without any warning. My husbands banana bread was also cold. My cinnamon dolce iced latte was put in as a skinny... Not sure if she was trying to tell me something or what... but I wanted that damn whip cream. The term "drive-thru" was used loosely here. For some reason, only the drive through is open at this location most of the time. Normally this wouldn't be an issue for me, however this location is so slow that the drive through is usually backed up into the public road. Not only is it a annoyance if you are wanting to get coffee and get stuck in the drive through, but it also becomes a public road hazard due to the line extending into the public road. Also, if you do happen to get in and park, you will then be blocked in by the long drive through line. Seems like they need some more staff or some re-engineering of the parking and drive through situation. read more

This Starbucks ran out of straws completely and before that they would give you a regular straw for a Venti frappe. You wouldn't know until you drive off and your straw is stuck down in the whip cream. Absolutely too expensive to have shortcuts. read more
