Small but mighty. They are a smaller location that offers a drive thru and limited seating if you stay inside. Staff is the typical friendly service you've become familiar with for the brand. Inside it has the wooden / metal vibe that stays on par with most other locations. They do have a drive-thru if you're just doing a quick pass or are in a hurry. We popped inside and it was clean, but small. They have the merch case with limited offerings, a cold case for edible offerings, and the usual coffee menu. If you do plan to stay - seating is limited; as as the plugs / outlets. Overall: A Small but might location with all the usual offerings you have come to expect from the brand. read more

I love super close to this Starbucks, which is located in a small little plaza next to chipotle and steak n' shake. Besides the super tight parking lot and drive through, the service here is great! I have had many pleasant interactions at this location the sad part is that it seems as though they can't keep employees for too long. Some of the sweetest and funny employees that I have gone back for, never seem to be there when I return. Nonetheless, they answer all my silly health questions and help me come up with drinks that might satisfy my craving. Whether you go through the drive-thru or head inside to order, you won't be here too long because they are quick and efficient here. All the things you can't go wrong with, amazingly sweet employees and quick service. Not the best Starbucks, but it's convenient. The biggest problem is that they're inconsistent; your drink tastes very different depending on which barista makes it. Just today I returned home, threw away the "pumpkin cream cold brew" they made, and made myself a coffee. This time the barista just sort of slid the drink at me and scrammed, I think they knew they'd made it poorly (there was just a tiny amount of under-whipped pumpkin-scented cream). Other times, though, I get friendly service and delicious drinks, but I only go when I won't be too upset if it tastes bad. Unfortunately there's no straightforward way to give feedback directly to Starbucks, so hoping this review (and others with similar contents) gets the attention of managers there who can help with training and QC. read more

This location sits off a busy intersection next to a Chipotle and has a drive thru, both pluses in my book. This Starbucks lies right in between a Chipotle restaurant and a Steak n' Shake on Semoran Blvd and Michigan Ave. I am glad that this location is A LOT closer to my stomping grounds. It's what you expect of a Starbucks. The night staff was very nice. The interior is quaint, enough lighting to read a book, or work on your laptop. There are smaller 4 person tables, a cushioned seating area and a long table that seats about 10 to 12 people. Menu is what you expect with seasonal items, coffees, lattes, fraps and assorted snacks. We came here for our drive-in coffee needs before starbucks officially closed for this virus. It was a great experience. We ordered our drinks and they were promptly made. After taking a sip of my matcha latte I thought to myself " this is too good to be true". That is because I'm on the keto diet... so I looked it up and sure enough it's loaded with carbs. I went through the drive through again and the gentlemen was so kind and told me they are familiar with keto and to let them know next time and he made me my go-to knock off Keto Pink Drink. No coffee!!! Mobile order today and they had no dark or pike roast available. Worse yet, they made no attempt to communicate to me they were out of coffee. Two things here. 1st issue was their shift lead, Keanna, rude, and seemed to want to eagerly dismiss me and my "complicated" order. I knew it was different but her sigh was not needed. I asked for a green tea latte iced with light ice and soy milk instead of milk, her sigh was enough for me. I get people have bad days, I work in customer service too but c'mon. Hit or miss on how long your coffees will take and whether or not it will be right. 11/22/21: Door and drive thru posted a sign with one girl inside stating open at 5 am (it's locked at 6:44am and she's ignoring us) good news is the other sign says the drive thru will open at 7am... too bad I have work, also that's only if the Starbucks worker acknowledges you OR the drive through at this point. I saw the advertisement for 'free' coffee for 29 September (to celebrate National Day of Coffee) on their website. I proceeded to the 'drive-thru' and was informed that I needed to go inside the cafe. Upon entering, NONE Of about 5 employees (2 drive thru, 1 trainer, 1 making coffee, 1 getting pastries from oven) even bothered to say "Good Morning" or "I'll be right with you" much less welcomed me. Are they so spoiled that they think that the coffee is so great that they don't need customer service skills much less 'people skills'? Very friendly and going above & beyond expectations. This was my first stop in Orlando after a tiring flight and morning. This is my favorite Starbucks location in South Orlando. I usually use the drive-through. I request the same order and it usually is accurate and quickly served. A couple of times I was served something incorrectly but it was remedied pretty quickly. They have a very friendly and welcoming staff who tries very hard to keep customers happy. read more
