Hey there fellow Google Maps users! I went to this Starbucks in Oak Lawn on March 1, 2023. I went to this Starbucks for a remote work day. I arrived at this location a little before 8:30 am. I left around 12 pm for lunch. I came back around 1 pm. Finally, finished my remote work day & left around 4:20 ish pm. I ordered my go-to drink, a strawberry açaí lemonade. This drink never disappoints. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. I definitely plan to come back here when I have remote work days and want to get out of the house. I hope this review is helpful for this Starbucks location & its current and future customers. Some highlights of my experience: * The staff was nice * My order was made pretty quick * Little to no line throughout the entire time I was there (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) * Nice variety in seating (couches, single couches, & 1 long table in the back) * The wi-fi was really easy to connect to (I've had issues with connecting to wi-fi at some Starbucks locations, definitely varies) * The music wasn't played so loud (just the way I like it) * One of the baristas was nice in taking my order & another barista was nice for letting me know what the code was to use the bathroom when I asked her Have a nice day! read more

Repeatedly getting my order wrong. The price varies for the same item every day somehow. And this last time they argued with me that the drink was correct but the price and description were incorrect, they adjusted the price but I could smell the wrong drink. Sure enough it was the wrong drink. That's the last time I will visit a Starbucks!!! read more

Started new job in area. Usually go to hickory hills location. Going here sometimes to meet a friend. Store made a big deal about my app refill. considered about the foam for iced coffee. I stated i go to others never had a problem getting same drink I paid for. Fought me on it and said no Lyons is my #1 location awesome folks. I've been a Starbucks regular for years. App, points. All the money I spend a month. latina store mgmt said rather me go somewhere else and not come back. You know sometimes connection wit folks is more important than ur bottom dollar cost of Foam. I visited Starbucks this morning and ordered two venti caramel Brulée Frappuccinos with a coffee base, but the initial employees were unsure of the order, leading to mistakes. After tasting the drink at home and finding it unsatisfactory, I contacted the store and spoke with Daniela, who exemplified professionalism and rectified the issue. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and was asking one of the baristas (Carla) to write a cute message on the drink i purchased for my girlfriend. When all of a sudden a skinny blonde lady started yelling and asking if I paid for my drink to her accusing me of not being a paying customer just because she was having a conversation with me. I got offended with that but it reached a limit when she asked Carla to go print out my receipt. Treating customers like this is not okay!! Each time I come to this Starbucks I always speak to Carla because she's so nice so it was uncomfortable and shocking seeing the barista get treated this way. I'm not sure if the lady was management but if so , something needs to be done at this store. I've been coming to this establishment since its inception.... Prices have risen dramatically, with a five-dollar drink now costing more than nine dollars. Paying $5-9 for a drink with 90% ice is annoying enough, but when over an inch is missing... What options do you have at this point? Are we being taken advantage of by slacker baristas because we're in a rush and don't have time to double-check or ask for the order to be fixed? Stopped in on our way though town for a yummy coffee treat. Ordered a chai tea latte with almond milk and a flat white with dense foam. Drinks were fantastic! No one can ever seem to get the chi tea or flat white with the dense foam just right. I wish I would have gotten our barista's name, she was fantastic and so were her drinks! read more

While I appreciate the free venti upgrade from a grande, I'm disappointed in the dishonesty from the lady at the drive thru today. She said the barista "accidentally" made me a venti instead of a Grande, but little did she know I would look at the label underneath that clearly shows it was an order 12+ minutes before mine. And after ordering on my app, when I finally got to the window there were out of one of my items! So sad that they can't be as quick as the other Starbucks in the area! Another 1 star review!!! I order coffee from here almost every other morning. Today I ordered the same coffee I always get and my first sip was literally coagulated expired milk with milk curds. I cannot explain how grossed out I am. I wrote to the Starbucks customers service and they said they'd credit $7.00 to my account and that they'd invite me to have a better experience next time. Their prices on the drink I order is a dollar more than it is in Orland Park. You definitely do NOT get your moneys worth at the Oak Lawn location. You pay extra to have things added on and you can't even tell they were added. When you mention it, you get an attitude. read more

Say what you want about Starbucks and their high prices and supposed yuppy-dom of those who drink it. I, myself, was on that bandwagon a long time ago, but what the f%*k did I know at the time. I wasn't even a coffee drinker. Hated the stuff. Then, purely by accident (I was on my way to Michigan and needed a pick me up, and dear old mummsy hand a gift card) I fell in love with their coffee. At first it was just the ice coffee, but I've expanded in the time since. But enough of my whankfest of how I discovered the joy of coffee, and I'll get on too my review. Big comfy chairs is always a plus and tells me it's okay to loiter which is a good thing...lol...the scary part is that they always seem to remember me and what I usually order. When I was in there all the time I can see why, but I haven't been in this Starbucks in while and they still knew who I was. I don't know if that's good or bad...lol...guess I jus have that face. Recently renovated in side which is nice but understandably closed due to covid. You would assume that parking your car, going inside to order or even placing a mobile order would be faster than compared to standing through the drive thru with 15 other cars, NOPE. I always try my luck & today was just bad. The wait is longer than 10-15 mins for ONE DRINK. A coffee or just a latte - not even a personalized drink. Idc what anyone says. Yea of course the lines are gonna be long...it's starbucks?? But the point is, I ordered food on Uber eats (yes I'm lazy). A driver never picked it up. We called and they said we could pick it up. We got there, the nice ladies gave us our food for free (since we did use a promotion in the app), and free $8 gift card for the inconvenience!!!! This is one of my least favorite Starbucks in the area. It is a pain-in-the-ass to pull in and out of here and parking kind of sucks. They do have a drive through, which you have to almost pull into the service center of the car dealership to get to. Pulling out, onto Oak Park, going North can be hasardous. If I'm faithfully married to the Tinley Park Starbucks on 159th & Harlem, then this location? Totally my mistress. And baby, our relationship is HOT. Due to any number of appointments for our kids (or unquenchable urges to shop, shop, shop ;), my husband and I wind up in this area quite a bit (I mean, really...it's pretty local; we're probably 15 minutes away, tops). Well, here and OP, that is. And sometimes Cwood. Told ya about that whole shopping bug, no? :) But I digress. What's so great about this Starbucks? Service is stellar and drinks are nothing short of perfection. I don't consider myself a coffee snob (I mean, c'mon...it IS only coffee!) but I do know an excellent (at least by my standards) soy cappuccino when I taste one. And this location? It delivers...and how. Bypass all other Bux in the area and hit this spot when you're in the neighborhood. Even if you come across one at, say 103rd and Cicero, keep driving. You are within a mile and a half of a Starbucks that will actually get you in and out in a timely fashion, offer polite and friendly service, and serve up spectacular drinks. read more

Waited over 40 minutes for two Frappuccino's when we were told 10-15 minutes. They focused way to much on the drive thru and not on the customers that took the time to come into the store. They were making drinks for people who weren't even in the store instead of focusing on the ones that were standing here waiting. Will not be returning to this Starbucks ever again. read more

Never mess up my order: I usually ask for no whip on my frappucino and every other place I've been to still adds whip (hate it!), but this is literally the first Starbucks to not drown me out when I say that The staff is very friendly! Kevyn was very sweet, had a great smile, and assisted the small child I brought who wanted something without coffee. The restaurant was also very clean and well put together. OMG..I love starbucks! I think they have the best frapps ever! There service is the best and so friendly! I order carmel Frapp which is my favorite! What ever you want to order they make it for you...other places i went to simply say :umm we can't do that"..whatever! This place has the best cold coffee drinks! Hot coffee i'm not that much of a fan here. I tried the white chocolate mocha and felt it had way too much milk in it. I also tried the pumkin spice hot coffee drink and it was tasteless!
