This is the worst Starbucks I have seen in my life. The manager is rude, and will yell in front of her employees in front of customers! The store is always a mess the workers look scared and the wait is just too long. I ordered a drink and had to ask for it because it never got made!!! Customer service is everything to me. I've never had bad service at any Starbucks. This one popped my bad service cherry. When ordering through drive thru the girl was very dry and didn't seem happy at all. When I pulled up to the window, I didn't get a single "hello or how are you" she basically just took my card and gave me my items. And I never got a "have a nice day." I'm sorry but if you work in customer service you need to be personable whether you're having a bad day or not, I know because I've worked in customer service my entire working career. This Starbucks is really good at messing up your order. Really good. I've been here a dozen times or so and they have screwed something up every time, literally every time. From not putting flipping milk in the coffee, to my new favorite charging me for venti when I order tall, not securing the lid, passing out the wrong order, They have you covered. I have never been the person to leave bad reviews on places because everyone has their moments. However, this Starbucks is consistently an absolute nightmare at night time. I just went to this location with my father and ordered a Grande Mocha Cookie Crumble with COCONUT MILK and NO WHIP and received the drink pictured below.. I am allergic to dairy and after them remaking the drink 2 times I didn't want to be disrespectful so I took it. But as I sit and think about this experience, I don't look to blame the baristas.. I blame the manager for allowing this quality of drink to be handed off to a customer with an allergy (and a former partner at that). Something at this location needs to change because management is not following through with quality control. I will only be visiting this location in the morning from now on since the morning baristas seem to be the only ones who know how to make a drink! read more

I seldom come here and regrettably it was disappointing. It was a halfway point to meet a friend. Upon entering it easy to see that the establishment was not cleaned up the night before. Dirty tables, trash on the floor, no toilet paper and trash cans to the brim. The employees should have a better work ethic and take pride in what they are doing. read more

From 'comping' my drink when I forgot my wallet to remembering my name when I came in after almost a year (I moved away and couldn't frequent it as often). Wow. Where to start.... Long wait until line because only one cashier, then they bring up two cashiers (great! Right? No). I order a grande flat white with 4 raw sugars... Nothing special. Now we have one employee making coffee while one takes orders, the other sets ups stuff in front of the register, another walking around, and the manager was no where to be seen. SEVEN minutes later I get my coffee AFTER the one guy making coffee gave out two coffee to customers who arrived AFTER me! What the what?! His response was that it takes time to make the correct amount of espresso shots for a grande flat white, to make me a perfect coffee. Well, kudos to him for handling an irate customer with a perfect response but there is no excuse to leave on customers coffee sitting there while he makes a frappocino and coffee for customers that arrived and order later. I should've checked this Starbucks rating BEFORE I even went in. SMH. I will NEVER patronize this one again. read more

This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to (and I frequent them all over the West Coast). The drinks are excellent, the workers (mostly women here) are very friendly, I mean super friendly. They actually say hi to you and mean it, they ask how you are doing and genuinely want you to elaborate instead of saying "fine". The wait is typically long but goes quick, unlike many other Starbucks (cough- especially in Redlands!) The only complaint I have about THIS location is the temperature. It was colder inside then it was on Thanksgiving morning on the coast. It was literally blowing freezing cold air at full blast. It had to be like 60 in there. The workers said they don't control it but corporate does and they get comments on it all the time and they constantly complain to corporate but headquarters doesn't care or do anything or whatever. This location is kind of small for those of you who like to sit inside and read or play on your computer. I would recommend and I always return when in the area. read more

Not the best 'Bucks. Drive thru tends to be slow. When ordering inside I have had to give my order multiple times because the cashier wasn't paying attention. Employee friendliness is hit and miss, a lot of arrogance (which is kind of laughable coming from a barista!). This is one of my very favorite Starbucks. The store is always clean. Customers are always greeted upon entering which makes you feel welcome. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. This Starbucks runs very efficiently, which is due in part to management. The store manager, Erin, is always friendly and helpful. Last time we went here there was a young woman who was taking our order. We ordered a decaf grande pumpkin spice latte. She just gave us a normal latte, so we went back and were very understanding. She explained she got confused when we mentioned the decaf part, so it was fine, but when we saw her at the window she was kind of rude and her voice was kind of irritated. I took a sip of my drink but it was still a latte, except with whipped cream and cinnamon. At that point we called the manager to explain the situation. She said next time we went there we could have any free drink we liked, and was very apologetic. This time we went the person who took our order was Jeff. He was very kind. I ordered a decaf venti iced pumpkin spice latte and a venti iced chai tea. A lot of words, I know. But he double checked with us that he got our order right and I got the best decaf venti iced pumpkin spice latte, then he told us to have a great day. Thanks Jeff! read more

This coffee is mouthwatering! Out of all the coffee shops I've ever been to, and I've been to A LOT, Starbucks is by far the best. It's purely the best coffee I've ever tasted. I guarantee that you'll feel the exact same way. My best friend works there and she says that the treats are freshly made every morning, along with their delicious syrups. This Starbucks is one of the cleanest and most organized coffee spot I've ever been to. Out of all the Starbucks I've ever been to, this one is the most sanitary and spotless one. Other than they're glorious sanitation, they also have tasty beverages. From cappuccinos to their frappacinos to their iced mochas to their teas, these drinks will most definitely make you smile. Starbucks is known for satisfying their customers cravings. My absolute favorite is a venti vanilla bean with four pumps of raspberry syrup. What makes their services more amazing, is that they are so willing to mix flavors to make your experience at Starbucks unforgettable. Not only is Starbucks a great place to get coffee, but it also has a great environment. The staff here is very welcoming. You need a quiet and calming place to study, then come to Starbucks. We had to stop by here out of necessity as well as needing a caffeine boost. Our family was driving back from Morro Bay. Anyway, as a loyal Starbucks customer, I have been to multiple locations over California. Now, it is one thing to be changing the trash in front of the door because they is a must. No one wants trash over flowing. But it's another to be doing that and partial blocking the door for customers to walk in and on top of that, to be gossiping about a past customer experience OUTLOUD as I am trying to walk in and too busy in conversion about how a customer was demanding the employee to "speak to her in Spanish" and so on, and to not even acknowledge me properly. Very rude unprofessional and just plain low class. At least the girl at the register was smart enough to stop talking to the other girl and take my order. I won't be stopping by this location unless it is a dyer emergency. I would rather walk inside the market across the street. read more

This morning my mother and I ordered two large coffees both with milk and 2 sugars. They were searing hot so we didn't try them until we got home. When we did they were black. No sugar, and no milk. Not sure why that was so difficult for them to add to your our coffees but they were basically undrinkable. Next time we will go somewhere else for coffee. read more
