I stopped her and said I don't want these. She removed them from the tray leaving about 5-7 cold fries and sent another employee out to bring me fries as I had requested. I had a 5 dollar bill and gave it to the cashier, and told her I would give her 15 cents. I look in my wallet and see I only have pennies and quarters, so I gave her a quarter and said to keep the change, meaning the loose change, like the coins. she then proceeds to give me back a recipe with none of my leftover dollars. I felt very uncomfortable explaining myself, so I said nothing and just accepted the recipe. this is common sense, if I wanted her to keep all of the change, why would I have given her a quarter. I thought this was very unprofessional and I was very angry afterwards. I would have felt better about this if the cashier interacted and thanked me at least, but said nothing at all.
