For anyone who's ever been to a Starbucks you know what you're getting. I'm not a six word order guy, I'm a medium black coffee type. The staff who took my order was super pleasant. In fact, if I had an organization that had any customer facing business the team member that took care of me would be poached, or at least I would try. However, the cleanliness of the sitting are had a lot to be desired. The floor was littered with various small pieces of trash. Some of the chairs were cracked in the seating area. If it wasn't so sweltering outside I would have sat outside while I drank my coffee. No pics this time so shame on me. read more

ordered online to make my experience faster due to boss wanting to give us a reward after a long busy day. arrived and found 4 out of 8 drinks made which was understand. however when i arrived i overheard a certain barista talking about my order and how she didn't appreciate the large order made. i quietly waited for my order and before leaving i asked for the receipt due to my boss needing it due to it being a business expense. i nicely asked the barista for the receipt due to it being a mobile order to which she rudely responded saying that they have never been able to do that, which was weird because i had been able to do that before and i asked her to ask another barista and she did and that barista was able to print off the receipt. i usually go in the morning and have never been disappointed, now i know to go in the morning not the afternoon. read more

Ive been coming to this Starbucks since I moved to Nashville. It was the first one I found closes to me. It's always packed and has considerable lines in the AM. I credit this Starbucks for teaching me to have patience in the South and learning that there's major differences between a NYC Starbucks and one in Nashville. They for the most part have helpful cool employees. I will say that they are a revolving door and that makes it difficult to "get to know" your local barista. I don't know what kind of rating to even leave for this situation because I hate even posting it... I just can't get the thought out of my head I've been here many times before. Never had any issues aside from the wait. Today I go in and immediately I smell this horrible musty smell that's quite literally stinging my nose and making me hold my breath - I later realized it was a visitor near the door. I get to the counter and the girl steps to the back and the guy that had been making drinks came to take my order. He's very nice but literally dripping sweat. When he went to adjust his glasses, he grazed his forehead with his hand and I noticed his arms and hands were glistening too. There was no hand washing at any point between the prep line, the POS login, the forehead rub, or the drink preparation. This might be one of my favorite Starbucks anywhere because of how warm and inviting it is. There is always so many locals here, catching up or doing homework. The main difficulty here is minimal parking and no drive-thru, but they make up for that by staying open late. read more

Would not recommend this location. It always smells like body odor inside and does not have a drive thru.

My coffee spot for almost four years now. Love the locals too, but this is close to my daily grind. The baristas here make it feel local for sure. With so many people going in and out, parking lot confusion happens quickly - especially on weekdays. I love Starbucks...IT doesn't matter to me which location...Any and all are Great for me!! Caramel Macchiato GRANDE is my favorite..but there are so many that I have tried and liked. I enjoy the comfortable feel of the locations. I enjoy just sitting there sipping on my drink enjoying my laptop or android tablet. Sometimes I just like to sit and read my kindle while I enjoy the peace...much like a library but you can drink here..lol!! some say that they are going to start serving alcohol..I don't like that Idea personally. The Good: consistency The Bad: not for people that want to "drink in" on location. In the morning you will wait in line forever as all their workers prioritize mobile orders over people in line. Even the "cashier" will work five mobile orders in between every person in line while those in line just stand there and get angrier. if I could give this ratchet Starbucks a review I'd have to say it would be a zero but they don't have that option. first of all the Starbucks had no ice but me and my sisters still needed coffee so we went and bought our own ice to make our drinks... because we did that, the worker handed 3 different cups with the ingredients for the drink in order for her to make her own drink because they "couldn't" take the ice from customer. having to pay $10 not including the $2 she had to pay for ice is ridiculous . with my drink I ordered a venti refresher and I received the drink halfway filled which should've been filled fully. They also wouldn't allow us to use our half off coupon or a discount for the inconvenience. we were mocked after receiving our drinks. the customer service is awful at this location and I do not recommend it at all. read more

This store definitely has poor efficiency/management strategies! The baristas are working quickly to crank out a crazy high amount of drinks, between the mobile and in-store orders, and with good attitudes I must say.... but my mobile order quoted 6-9mjn wait, and instead it was *25min*, at which time I was told that they don't brew their Christmas Blend after 2pm... my whole reason for ordering in the first place. This location is no different menu-wise than any other Starbucks. I visit here frequently on my way to work, this location is rather large in comparison to others and offers nice outdoor seating as well as the indoor cafe. They do not have a drive - thru and mornings can get busy and parking a bit tight, thankfully there is ample parking in the adjacent Wal Mart parking area as well as the strip mall. You may encounter a long line any given morning, however the staff here are incredibly friendly and move fast. I always enjoy coming in and being greeted warmly. read more

I've recently started going here more before work to get breakfast. I'd place my order when I was leaving my house and it would be ready when I got there. It's been good but the past 2 times my oatmeal has been wrong. The first time I think it wasn't cooked long enough? The whole top layer of oatmeal was dry. And this time my oatmeal is literally soup. This is my favorite Starbucks in the Nashville area. I stop by most work days after work & then on the weekend in between breakfast and lunch. I've never had to wait a long period of time. They have plenty of outlets to charge devices, which is a great plus - this includes outside, which is super helpful. Their baristas are pretty great - and Ashley, the manager, is awesome. They are always pleasant and helpful - and willing to accommodate. The last time I placed a mobile order,they had run out of one of the things I ordered. I was greeted immediately & received a genuine apology & they gave me two of my second choice to make up for it. My only complaint about this location is sometimes they train baristas at really busy time - which I understand they have to get used to, but it definitely slows everyone down. read more

This place is your average Starbucks. It does not have a drive thru and does not carry Starbucks Reserve coffees. The inside is pretty small with not a lot of seating. If you're planning on hanging out with friends inside, you should pick a different Starbucks. This place is often crowded because it is attached to a Wal-Mart. It stays pretty busy, but their outdoor seating is nice and their baristas are consistently very friendly. I use this Starbucks for occasional meetings, but most often I just stop in for a quick coffee to go. read more

The staff here is amazing. I frequently go in the morning on weekdays and it is chaotic! People are angry and impatient and the volume of orders the staff has to fill is outrageous.
