I started coming to this location around April of this year. I have zero complaints! Initially, I was hesitant on coming here for my daily coffee intake because the employees didn't seem very friendly. However, as I became a regular customer, they are all super friendly and now know me! They're the friendliest crew! AND, they always make my drink correctly. I've never had to ask them to redo it or notice any ingredient missing. I look forward to stopping in every morning and grabbing my superb coffee drink! This is a very nice Starbucks and the employees are very friendly. You can sit inside or outside. The restrooms are clean and so are the tables. Of course, you could say once you've been to one Starbucks you've been to them all, but that's not true. Some are better and this is one of them. We just came here to sit and enjoy a coffee on New Year's Day. I'm glad they are open and the drinks were good. Had to explain to the barista what an americano hot with steamed cream was. They were out of lemon loaf after it was ordered and paid for then they told us. Then they were also out of pumpkin bread. Then finally the question becomes then what do you have. Only time we have sat here in the last few months. The inside is now structured to keep people from sitting inside. It's cold in terms of decor. Half the seating they used to have and all spread like 6 feet makes a difference. Outside allows smoking apparently so we got the lovely ambiance of cigarette smoke from a chain smoker while enjoying coffee. The patio was filthy with cigarette butts everywhere, napkins, straws, plastic. Very dirty. Spills and food all over the bricks. I had to ask for the patio to get attention. Nothing happened. Guess the assigned patio person isn't working today. I cleaned it myself so I could sit down including asking for a wet napkins to clean the table, picking up trash and cigarette butts. And to top it all off the lids don't have proper holes in them and you have to take them off to drink cuz it's pretty challenging to suck hot coffee out the mouthpiece with no secondary hole. And one might say slightly dangerous. This is a theme of Starbucks throughout collier and Lee counties. Run down, dirty, coffee not even full, orders screwed up, don't have stock of desserts and don't know that until after you buy it that it's out, generally not a welcoming atmosphere and staff attitudes are priceless. They literally don't care and it shows. Not sure what Starbucks agenda is but it's not the company it used to be. Not inviting or a joyful place to be. Maybe that's what you want for us to just buy your stuff and leave. I'll pass. I'll make my own coffee at home where it's clean, I don't have attitude, and a bar like scene on the patio. read more

The Starbucks app, store hours window display, yelp, and Google maps all say it closes at 10 pm on Saturday's. Yet, I was told by Amber the supervisor on shift right now that they close at 9:30. This is false advertising, and corporate should listen to their managers and supervisors in this store and change those hours. Because according to Amber, they told corporate many times to change it and they don't listen. Terrible management and makes Starbucks look bad to customers who are frequent buyers like myself. But also the employees because they get very unhelpful, sarcastic and rude. Disappointed! read more

I tried to order using the Starbucks app, It was 6:10 am. The app kept saying the store was closed. I come here a few times weekly or pick up at other locations. I end up having to wait in line with people in front of me already, which is why I like to use the app and order ahead. When I got to the barista, I said I couldn't order on the app because it said you are closed and I wanted to order what I always do, My Favorites. She says to me as the manager approaches, that she doesn't know how to use the app. I explained that I needed to use my app to order and pay but could not because the app was saying the store was closed. The manager needed to turn it on, "We are open", for me to order but she still did not. I ended up leaving the store when the manager started to get snippy with me. This store is not the best location to get in and out of, but I make an extra effort to go there and give them my business. This is not the first time I have had to complain about this location. This is not a friendly place to go to. I am a senior and a veteran and do not need to be talked back to by someone who does not care or know about how to treat people or their frequent customers. I am not a Starbucks customer but I purchased a gift card for a friend's birthday. They attempted to use the card and discovered there were no funds on the card. I always ask for and save paper receipts for this type of purchase. I gave the receipt to my friend and, at another Starbucks store, he was told he needed to go to the original Starbucks that sold the card. At this point, I asked for the card and told him I'd take care of the problem. I took the card and the receipt to the location where I purchased the card and I was told the Store Manager had no authority to help me and said to call the 800# on the back of the card. I called the number and was handed off to 3 different people before being told to contact the store. I went back to the store and was asked if I knew who sold me the card. I told them I had no idea and told them to look at my receipt and THEY should figure out who sold the damn card. Then they handed me a card with the District Manager's name and telephone number and told me to call her. She told me she had no authority to help me but would look into it and call me back. Well, it's 4 hours later and I'm done with them. I disputed the charge and will go to Dunkin Donuts to get a replacement gift. This is a huge disservice to their customers and the fact that this company doesn't give employees...even at the District Manager level...the authority to resolve an issue like this is stupid. I was made to feel like I was trying to rip them off when in reality they either have an employee scamming them or they just don't train them properly. read more

So I never go to Starbucks (don't like coffee) but I was really thirsty and had some time to kill before my ride could come get me. There are a million things to drink there and I was overwhelmed. The supervisor with the dread locks was amazing! She helped me pick out what to drink (vanilla chai latte with oatmilk). I loved it- will definitely be stopping by again. Worst drink I I have ever had at a Starbucks. Ordered a grande salted caramel cream cold brew in the drive through-- it took 15 ( not an exaggeration) mins and 10 of those were at the windows while they were all looking like deer in headlights how to make it. It's gross. There is no caramel ( I paid for and asked for 2 extra pumps ) and it had crunchy crap on the top that isn't normally there. What a waste of $6.00! read more

Have stopped here on other occasions. The place is always busy(Good sign). Today Annlynn took care of me. She was friendly, very efficient. And took my order to the specifics I gave her. Ordered an out of the regular routine for me. A Green Tea Frapuccino Soy Venti. It was delicious. This place in spite of how busy it usually is. It's well stocked with promotional merchandise and it's quite large. Lots of seating. Their restroom is very clean. And, Recycled paper towels were available. I went there earlier today, I was having coffee with a friend and then something happened that really got me scared. I left the Starbucks and I thought I had lost my phone so I drove back and I couldn't find it. There was a guy who worked there, physical description: tall, I think kinda light brown hair guy, younger, (I didn't get his name). Anyways, long story short: he helped me find my phone, he happened to be in his breaktime at the moment and still helped me out, he put his food aside and walked with me outside and offered to use his find my iPhone service to help me find it. I went to my car and he followed to make sure I was ok, it turned out it had been on my purse all along( it was a purse I normally don't use so it seemed like it wasn't there at first) it also was on airplane mode, which is why I couldn't ring it from my watch, and it never connected to my car while led me to believe it was lost. I was freaking out but this Starbucks HERO helped me , he even told me to breathe which helped me a lot. It was all so embarrassing to me, because I freaked out, but he made the whole experience less traumatizing to me. I am soooooo grateful for this guy. I wish I would have taken his name. But anyways he was there on Sunday June 20th 2021, at around 3:30pm. I hope the managers find out who it was, based in the date and time and description of events And give him praise! He really deserves recognition for being so patient and understanding and willing to help out despite it being his break time. Was in the middle of ordering a coffee, in the middle of the order the lady (serina) abruptly took off. I was left speechless and embarrassed. I asked her co worker if it was something I said and he replied oh it's her end of shift. Just really rude, she couldn't have said oh so so will take your order. I believe the address is 1427 The coffee here is great the staff is always courteous and kind I get a Venti hazelnut latte and they're good and when I feel like pleasuring myself I get the chocolate chip Java frozen coffee oh my goodness Yum Yum Yum can't say enough good things about Starbucks. Out of the 3 times I've been to this Starbucks in 3 weeks before 10am, they tell me they are out of the cold brew coffee, and a breakfast sandwich after waiting in a long slowwww line. I'm visiting from Atlanta and decided to stop with the fiance for a coffee or was a nice experience. A bit dead for a Sunday afternoon but that's okay. I did have to wait a minute or so while everyone did other things before being acknowledged. I ordered a simple nitro cold brew with sweet cream, or at least I THOUGHT it was simple. The drink I got was completely wrong. I told Elizabeth, the woman at the window, that she must have given me someone else's drink (I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt). She then aggressively snatched the drink from my hand and told me I was mistaken. I think I know what I ordered Elizabeth. After some back and forth that felt like it took an hour, I finally got her to remake my drink. It's Starbucks, it's pretty straightforward. IMO it's 50/50 if they get your order right but they remake it if they don't but it just sucks wasting the time. The drive through configuration is actually dog shit tho. They are for the most part pretty quick. this is just sad. i ordered a caramel cloud macchiato. i've been to the starbucks in fort myers, orlando, and the one on airport pulling road. they all make the drink the same way (delicious) however this one, the barista poured the espresso last. making the drink warm. the first sip i had a powerful punch of espresso the next sip tastes like watered down almond milk. absolutely disgusting. please actually care about what your doing while making. a drink and if you don't care just quit your job instead of making others drinks terrible. thanks read more

The staff at this location is exceptionally friendly and all seem to be quite knowledgable, experienced and enthusiastic about their coffees. The cafe is usually quite clean, and they usually offer samples of a pastry or new product which allows people to try new things and broaden their knowledge of the menu. read more
