The service was exceptional and heartfelt, the kind of service that stays with you. And the ambiance inside is peaceful and calming, the perfect little escape tucked next to the Publix center across from the Ritz-Carlton Tiburón. Both teas were flavorful and delicious, the creme brûlée topping was particularly yummy, and the only thing that would make it better is a combo dip/straw lid (instead of the plastic seal) so that you can more easily enjoy the topping. The fish cake in my husband's bowl was not good at all. It tasted like gummy pasta with a gross flavor. The seaweed sheet in the bowls was weird and only added a fishy unpleasant taste. Our server was nice, but the food is disappointing. My husband has made ramen bowls at home before and all I can say is his have much more flavorful and he's not a chef. I appreciate that they have nondairy milk options, although it's a $0.75 up charge. The major downside is the "medium" size is only around 12 ounces and extremely small. Not worth $7. Ordering is a smooth process using a kiosk. My drink was ready in minutes despite there being a line when I went on a Sunday evening. They also have a 10% discount for students and mall employees.
