She has the sweetest spirit and made me feel instantly at home. The tea was incredible -- fresh, clean, and truly refreshing. You can tell a lot of love goes into what they serve. The service was exceptional and heartfelt, the kind of service that stays with you. And the ambiance inside is peaceful and calming, the perfect little escape tucked next to the Publix center across from the Ritz-Carlton Tiburón. Miranda was so generous that she even gifted me my tea today as a kind gesture. I left feeling refreshed not just physically, but emotionally -- people like her are rare. The shibnature (signature) drinks can get pricey when you add in the boba, but it's not like you can find many other boba options in Naples (at least not yet)! There is plenty of seating available inside and a table outside, as well as lots of colorful decor and stuffed animals for pictures. There are a few Asian restaurants conveniently in the same area for a meal to go with getting a drink here.

My friend asked about the Dubai chocolate strawberries, which they also offer off menu--a cup of strawberries with pistachio cream, crushed pistachios, and melted chocolate. They offer this is two sizes, which is nice. They were yummy but I would opt for the smaller size. The workers were friendly. But my biggest issue is that they double charged me for paying by credit card. He added a fee on his calculator and then Square charged me too. BRING CASH! Or they will rip you off, and for such large purchases ($26 for a chocolate bar and $21 for a strawberry cup), it's not worth the service fees.

Ordering is a smooth process using a kiosk. My drink was ready in minutes despite there being a line when I went on a Sunday evening. They also have a 10% discount for students and mall employees.

My husband's half ended up having all the mozzarella and no dog. My husband ordered the spicy prime rib tonkotsu and I ordered the lunch prime rib tonkotsu. The portion size seemed to be the same but the lunch order didn't have all the same extras in the bowl. The noodles of both bowls were pretty bland, rubbery, and left a film in my mouth. My husband's broth was slightly more flavorful, but that is because of the spicy bomb in it. All in all, the broth was pretty lacking and did not build up any flavor. The fish cake in my husband's bowl was not good at all. It tasted like gummy pasta with a gross flavor. The seaweed sheet in the bowls was weird and only added a fishy unpleasant taste. Our server was nice, but the food is disappointing. My husband has made ramen bowls at home before and all I can say is his have much more flavorful and he's not a chef. The food is okay, but I wouldn't recommend and we won't be returning.
