I stood there waiting and finally asked the girl if she could check on it for me. She only then told me " oh we don't have those". After I was waiting for a very long time. I went to this Starbucks in morning (12.26.24) on the way to urgent care with my son who was not feeling well. The plan was to grab a coffee for me and breakfast for both, since he we knew we would spend hours in the clinic. Inside Starbucks was a chaos. Fully staffed, yet the orders were not happening the way they should. Staff looked like ill-prepared theatre actors. The first red flag for me was a female customer who asked the cashier where her order was. After a minute back and forth between the two, the customer got fed up and left the store, visibly without her order. As I was waiting, other people were asking about their orders but I did not pay much attention. One of my "sandwitches" came about 15min after I ordered it and I discovered it was a wrong item inside. The second one didn't even come. I told the woman at the registry (I believe her hame was Deborah) that I have been waiting for a long time, and not only my order was late, but it was also different from what I ordered. What I got in response was just a blank stare. Not even a slightest attempt to appologize or attempt to make it right by expediting the order. I told Deborah to give my order to someone else when it's finally ready, and then I left. I went down the street to another coffee and sandwich place (less staff and no chaos) and got my order very quickly. Whatever the problem of this place is, they have to fix it. Don't mind Jim, Jim was in my high school class and was bullied all throughout. He was caught eating mayonnaise packets in the gym locker room after tennis practice. Since then, Jim clearly hasn't stumbled upon a park or found some peace in life. And has developed a fear of the sun for some reason. The tree was a no good piece of shit that would dirty my car every time in drive through. The sun is very nice and refreshing if you aren't stressing over the next review to write. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful which always makes me smile. I avoided this store for a while because of the lack of sunshine that was on the patio. I really enjoy reading the newspaper outside in the Florida sun while drinking a cold brew. Since my recent visit, I saw they removed the oak tree near the edge of the patio. From now on, I'll come back here and enjoy my morning paper and cup of cold brew instead of the other Starbucks I go to. I'm so glad they got rid of that stupid fucking oak tree. read more

Until recently, this was my favorite Starbucks location. Their outdoor dining was unique in having natural shade from some beautiful trees. Many of my friends came here due to the natural shade, which is really valuable here in Florida. Unfortunately, in December, for some unknown reason, they cut down all the shade trees and now customers sit baking in the sun. They have only two umbrellas for the entire patio area. Another frustrating part of the outside dining here is the lack of a trashcan outside. Therefore people leave their garbage on the tables, which eventually winds up on the ground due to the wind. Very sad indeed. The one thing I will add is that they have the nicest personnel working at the Starbucks. But apparently the management has made some very poor decisions. read more

Basic coffee buying experience. I wanted blonde roast and usually they offer to prepare it but instead said sorry we only have pike, end of sentence. O....k. The staff was younger and not super friendly. Always 2-3 cars in the drive through line though it seems to go fast. Beautiful store from the outside, outdoor seating area, next door to THE BOWL (açaí- YUM!) and they got the job done with the grande dark roast and venti iced coffee I ordered. I am a partner at Starbucks myself, a SSV at that, and this is by far the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. I have been on vacation here the last four days and this happens to be the closest location to me so I've been going the last four days. The first day, we waited in line 15 minutes and our order was made wrong--had to go to another store to get it fixed. The second day, I went inside to avoid the drive thru and yet again our orders were made wrong AND we received rude service for the first time. The third day, yesterday, I went in to the store again, for the third time in a row the order was made wrong (this was the worst mess up) so I was watching and corrected the SSV making my drink who proceeded to roll her eyes at me and scoff. (I tried looking at her name tag, but go figure it wasn't on.) Today, we went through the drive thru and the lady was practically harassing us after each item ordered for the next and you could hear her whispering "oh my god" to other partners--then when we went to the window, she was not friendly or encompassing the Starbucks mission whatsoever. I don't remember which day it was, but the SSV had also placed themselves on bar and just as I was watching for a few minutes, I saw how messed up her play in action was because she was not in a position where she was able to apply effective leadership. I'm writing this review because it's extremely frustrating to receive poor quality several times in a row, but also to encourage where there is room for improvement within the company. The Starbucks mission is unique in a way that it truly allows our customers and our partners to feel good about what they're doing. My girlfriend ordered a dragon berry tea and received a mango dragon berry tea, I told her it was no big deal and she flipped out on me; I am currently Ubering Home and will probably be eating dinner by myself tonight. Arrived at 6:30am for a morning coffee, I usually go to another location, and was very upset to find even though the sign says they open at 6am no one was in sight. After banging on the door a few minutes and watching a few cars try unsuccessfully to attempt drive thru, a young kid strolls up to the door around 6:37 and announces it will be another half hour before they are open. But other Starbucks have cordoned off areas 4 smokers & it works. With knowing a few baristas in my life, there's a certain high standard that I've seen across Starbucks internationally. I would have to say that this is my favorite Starbucks of all in Naples. The drive-through, although it seems like there's always a long line at peak hours, has always been pretty efficient. It's always a plus when they get your crazily specific order right. I had one encounter where I ordered order 50 gift cards. They were pleased to accommodate me and I felt like I wasn't a hindrance to the regular flow. The girl said that she'd be glad to ring me in and then another person jumped on the other register. Even though I told her that I could wait until others were rung up, she was very happy to ring me up then and there. The reason why I want to point this specific instance out is that I was a walk-in and they accommodated me. I tried doing this with another one down the street, and I even called a day ahead and they said, "Well....we can't do it at our store but it needs to be done only through our corporate office at this 1-800 number." When I told them that I could do this at another store, they said, "Well....you can come in and try, but I can't guarantee anything if we're busy." ....so in short, this location went above and beyond in my books. I even got a free coffee after making a large purchase. I also like their outside patio. Even though it's off the main street and looking into a parking lot, it still has a cozy feel to it. I have never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks... EVER. First off, I can applaud Starbucks for wanting to cut out sugar-free options as the mal-effects of numerous artificial sweeteners, such as aspartame, has become abundant in recent news. However, I think it should be dually noted that when a patron orders something that is no longer on the menu, an employee should not shun the customer for his/her lifestyle choices. As a health advocate, I can fully understand the detrimental effects of artificial sweeteners, nonetheless, due to my non-frequent consumption of them, I find it justifiable. To make matters worse, the employee should not shove off the credit card processing system such a manner deemed coarse by the customer. The bad: The hand air blower was broken in the mens room and when I told the ladies up front, all I heard was ok and saw a conversation between two employees and some explanation. When I asked they said it was 'sensitive' but had issues with it running overnight on its own. So they had problems with it, but never fixed it. There were no towels in the bathroom to compensate for the broken blower. Yuk, I hate to use my shirt to dry my wet hands.. Those cinnamon buns are just fluffiness microwaved with sugar. Most horrific and rude service ever! First off It was incredibly difficult to order- The girl helping us seems new and none of the other people would take the time to help her place our order. She kept trying to give me my total to pay before we even finished ordering- not once but four times. She had no idea how to ring in some of the items we ordered and nobody would help her.. Then when it came time to get our order it all came in stages and we had to keep asking for all the items they forgot. All the hot items came out before we ever receive the cold items that we had to ask for several different times. Finally we were told the manager was getting the items she managed to Smosh the attached item as it was delivered to us without her ever coming near us. I could not be more committed to avoiding this location of my favorite (ever) franchise. Human feces spread around the men's room... after staff was alerted it remained for over two hours. Today, there was no hand wash in the men's room with men working behind the counter and when told they said: "oh" and went about their business. It's over the top gross. The staff must HATE HATE HATE their jobs. I have had coffee and two shots (black eye) prepared incorrectly five times by two different people. This drive through Starbucks is my favorite in Naples. The service is always quick and friendly. They also have dog treats to give if you bring your dog in the car with you, which my dog LOVES. They've never messed up a drink order, and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my drink. Even inside is comfortable and not too cramped or stuffy. read more

I don't like to complain but I am honestly very clear when I order something anywhere just so I don't have to send it back or replace it... So I asked for a caramel macchiato 140 degrees because I like my drinks warm so I can drink and not sip a hot liquid. Assuming I got what I asked for I took a gulp and burned my tongue and throat as it went down. I was so mad but calmly told the barista trying not to make a scene. The guy re-made the drink and said with an attitude he had made the first one 140 and I said "NO I burned my mouth really badly". The smart ass hands me the new drink and says "here I made this one kiddy temperature" At that moment I didn't react but after the fact I realized what a condescending jerk he was and it was too late to turn around and make a formal complaint. The customer service here is phenomenal. I spilled my coffee and one of the employees helped me clean it up and offered to make me a new coffee. I also had ordered a cup of water and he noticed it was gone and brought me a new water as well. I was so embarrassed about being such a klutz but he was terribly nice about it.
