The last time I was in I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino with Banana Cream Cold Foam. It was picture perfect and I would recommend the Banana Cold Foam if you haven't had it. They have a Protein one too , but they were out , so I just did the regular one. I wanted to try something different and this paired well like a Chocolate Banana. My favorite is the Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino that they have around Christmas time. If available I get it any time of the year. Of course they also have desserts and snacks if you want a bite to eat. The dining area is always clean and when I've sat there they had someone going around cleaning tables and checking the trash , etc. The bathroom is clean also. The decor is pretty typical for a Starbucks and it is a good size store. The parking lot is also clean with plenty of parking and the drive thru is large enough for those with pickups and large SUVs to use with no problem. The couple times I've been here it has not been very busy. I've driven by Dutch Brothers a few times and see a long line at the drive thru , but I don't really care for them because they are way too sweet for me. My son and his wife go there quite often. I prefer Starbucks and only get the frappuccinos , not the hot coffees. read more

So. The only reason this business is still in business is because it's in the heart of Mustang. The customer service is absolute trash. No one said hi or acknowledged us when we walked in. They were very focused in the ONE drive thru car. I didn't see an abundance of online orders either. A member named Hope took our order but didn't make eye contact or even greet us. When she was taking our order there were four flies flying around the register. She was extremely rude when taking our order and didn't even try to have a personality or thank us when we paid. This is a recession. If you want our business again lower your prices or up your customer service. All three of the women working there at 2:15 today were rude and didn't acknowledge a thing. While traveling I stopped in Mustang, Oklahoma @Starbucks for my morning fuel. Same routine, same drink as everyday - although first time @this location. After drinking my coffee I started feeling sick, unfortunately I had to extend my stay due to this! Notorious for checking my label, always diligent to make sure I've received the correct drink (milk)- due to a dairy allergy. Immediately after my coffee, I knew something was wrong. I also knew it had to be the coffee as this was the only thing I've had so far. I called the store and spoke to the manager who proceeded to tell me: unless you let us know you have a "dairy allergy" specifically you may get whatever milk the barista is using! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Does this only happen in small town America? This is WRONG on so many levels, never have I ever experienced this at any other Starbucks location/state. Orders take a bit more time and you have to wear a mask when entering the establishment. They are still operating and serving customers delicious beverages and food items. Starbucks is and always will be loyal to their customers and this location is another addition to the list how amazing they are. Every time i mean every time they never get our order right. It's a very simple order. Several times they don't even fill the cup to the top. If they are brewing tea some don't even let us know. We just sit. I have had to ask where mine was. I got oh we have to brew more. I said you could have let me know. Some of the girls there are not very nice at all. Katie is one of the good ones. This Starbucks has been my go to coffee shop in mustang ever since it opened. Well stocked snack shelves and super pleasant baristas. My negative part of this is it was cold inside and cold outside which didn't make drinking ice water very easy good thing I had a nice warm bowl of oatmeal to eat the girl at the register happily gave me extra nuts and a brown sugar packet to go with my oats. Today I went through the drivethru & my card wasn't working!!! I love Starbucks I just cannot understand the person who designed their parking lots. The waitstaff can be fickle by region. Airport locations leave much to be desired. My trip to the Baltimore City outliner areas always ran out of breakfast foods at least three locations Baltimore National Pike, Joppa Rd, Towson & Target in Towson had issues. The vanilla bean cream was off the chain. The strawberry açaí was ok but needed a few more strawberries. The line was really long and the drinks took a little longer than normal but for the most part it wasn't all that bad. I am a Starbucks fan and can often be seen with a cup in hand. I have to say my experience this morning spurred me to finally write a review. If you are in a hurry in the morning, do not stop at this Starbucks or if you place your order on the mobile app, do so at least 10 minutes earlier than typical. I will give my experience this morning as a cautionary tale to anyone in a rush. I placed my order 20 minutes before I knew I would be there in hopes that would be plenty of time to have it ready. Keep in mind the app said my order would be ready in 10-15 min. I arrived to find the drive-through line into the street. I parked and headed in, wondering if my daily dose of caffeine was ready. Not surprised there is a line of frustrated customers waiting for mobile orders, and no my order is not done. I wait another few minutes and ask one of the baristas about my order, which she commented she thought my order was next. While waiting I watched an employee interaction with a customer. A customer asked a barista if they could check on a mobile order, he heavily sighed and went to look for her order. I have had interactions with this employee and he is rarely cordial often making me regret asking for assistance. I finally got my caffeine fix for the day and was on my way. As I reflected on the experience, will I continue to go to this Starbucks but I continue to hope for a better customer service experience. read more

Nice staff and they do work hard. The only complaint (but it's a big one) is the place is full of flies and the floors are rather dirty. It's really a turn off to see you're sharing your drink with flies that land on your straw. I'd suggest hiring another staff to clean the area and for fly termination. On the Starbucks app you order your drink and do your customizing and then all you have to do is place the order and walk in or drive through the drive thru. Their coffee tastes really really charming and there Frappuccinos tastes like candy. I don't like tea but I always love to get the refreshing refreshers. It's like heaven on earth but WAY better.
