Visited Oct 1, 2023. In the middle of moving and wanted to have some drinks from Starbucks to hydrate. My poor friend accidentally ordered a dragonfruit refresher versus the 'dragon drink' and received the worse feedback from this location. It was a clear mistake and shown all over her face how apologetic she was. However the employees cared not and embarrassed her even more. They didn't make a loud scene but it was a scene nonetheless. Their actions were public, can be read from an outsider, and totally humiliating on the receiving end. So here's how it went down. After realizing the mistake, we went back in to inform them of 'our mistake' and would like to pay for it. The cashier was nice and said that the friend did not have to and they'll remake the drink. As she informed the others on her headset, both a male and female baristas turned to her and gave the meanest disdained look. The male then gave a 'ha' laugh and remade the drink. When it was complete he sassily said, "Here, I remade the drink." and aggressively slid the drink across the counter towards her. She realized when they remade it, it was 'the pink drink' versus 'the dragon drink' but was not going to say anything again after that ordeal. This location always messes up my drink when I order but I still visit when I am near. However I am going to take the extra time to drink to the next location moving forward. read more

I've had so many bad experiences here. But ever since Cheyenne has been working here, every experience has been great. (Not sure if there's more than one Cheyenne... she was working today 1/1/26 at 11am) She's the reason I'm back at Starbucks. My drink is always perfect, she's always kind, and I feel like I'm back to the OG Starbucks days- where baristas cared. A small town, home, coffee experience. Thank you Cheyenne!!! What's there to say about Starbucks? I do love their Egg and Cheese protein boxes especially when I'm on the go and haven't made time for breakfast. If I come by here I'm usually grabbing a protein box and either a latte or and iced Green tea read more

Favorite one by far in Murfreesboro (fortress is a close second). Old Fort used to be but it's way too busy and the drinks are inconsistent. My wife and I initially worried about be able to get into, and out of, this location, but the efficiency of the staff and consistency of the drink builds have by far assuaged those fears. The decor is awesome, the staff always seems happy and very helpful and the overall mood of the place will get your morning off to the good start that you need. This is now our go-to for that morning caffeine fix! P.s. the patio is a great place to smash a game of punch-buggy! read more

This was my first visit at this location and it was a great one. The exterior was very clean and looked nice. I didn't go inside because i was on my way to work but i stopped in to try the pumpkin cream cold brew drink since fall flavors are officially out! I'll have to dress it up a little more next time but it was good! I'm excited to try some of their other drinks and i always love the caramel apple spice in colder weather! The woman at the speaker was very friendly and even asked me about my day at the pick up window, as well as other small talk. That doesn't happen often and it really made my day start out great. They rush you when you try to order and are always so rude. I've taken two new friends who haven't been. When we try to ask simple questions, they get impatient and want us to drive back around. They need better CUSTOMER SERVICE! I understand we all have places to be.... but by the time they are rude and keep asking me to just pull around, they could answer one question. I spend $30+ a week here... and they are still always RUDE! And I do not leave bad reviews anywhere... but this is like the 5th time they have been rude. So, I needed to share! read more

Food and drinks are always good. Always good to get Starbucks coffee and a muffin. Only problem I've been noticing is steadily declining service. They don't seem to WANT you there anymore. I understand that there's a pandemic, but giving your guests the cold shoulder is going to drive away business. read more

I travel for work in the Starbucks is right by the place I've been staying. Every morning the line is not too long. I'm mobile order and my order is always ready when I get there. I'm able to run in and just grab it. The staff is very friendly. I really like that they have the inside opened back up. You can just go in and grab your mobile order, you don't have to wait. read more

I rarely leave reviews for Starbucks...but this location is amazing! The drinks are delicious, they actually taste like they are worth the money. The people in the drive thru are super friendly. I think this is the best Starbucks I've ever tasted. This isn't my local Starbucks, so for me to look it up and review it, let's just say I'm impressed. Hope this location keeps up the good work! This is by far the best Starbucks in Murfreesboro! When we saw it being built we were worried about getting in and out of it due to location. However, it's a breeze even during peak morning hours. The staff here is always friendly and efficient. read more

I've been here multiple times and had great, quick service every time I've been. Tonight, Jan 15, the baristas that worked the drive thru definitely made me want to come back even more.
