First this Shawn or Sean kid got my order wrong, my fiancé picked it up for me. when my fiancé called the store to have it corrected, this poor excuse of a manager yells at him and lies claiming he has a 5 star restaurant (only 2.8 on yelp and 4.2 on google) and then HUNG UP! I am astonished at the lack of customer service! I will never recommend to anyone for as long as I live! I am now a loyal DUNKIN CUSTOMER! read more

The drive thru window awning is infested with birds. It would be helpful to customers if birds were not swooping around my car when in drive through. Makes me not want to come here. read more

This is your typical cookie cutter Starbucks store with the hard echo and unflattering acoustics measured by the music whoch is much to loud to relax to. This is typical of Starbucks and the music only creates a loud atmosphere or reason to put headphones on. Some say Starbucks does it on purpose to avoid people hanging out for hours at a time. The patio could be nice, but if full would be uncomfortable with crosstalking and they have music loud enough to be a distraction to a conversation. Maybe Starbucks really does want people to leave sooner than later? The road traffic is typical of an interstate business. Can't help that part. The coffee and tea is good as usual, the staff need more training (a 12 oz is a tall people...lol) I rarely rate Starbucks as more than a 3 since the 90s when they were about people and community and not drive thru and online. read more

I have been regularly coming to this Starbucks for over a year and have never once had a bad experience! The staff are always very nice and go above and beyond to help. It is always quick and even if the drive through line is super long I've never waited more than 10 minutes. read more

Went through the drive thru which was quick and easy we ordered 5 drinks 2 of which had no strawberries and then 2 that would I specifically asked for extra in mine because I'm in love with the, after receiving our drinks we noticed none of them had any we were on a tight schedule so we weren't able to go back through the line I just wanted to inform everyone that this happened and it's going to completely ruin my day and I don't know if I can ever forgive them. read more

I was so excited to have a Starbucks in town. Sadly they cannot seem to get it together. I ordered a drink and breakfast sandwich on the app. It was supposed to be ready in about ten minutes. I get there and my sandwich had already been sitting there and I stood waiting for over twenty minutes for my drink while my sandwich got cold. Very disappointing. I have never had such poor service at a Starbucks before. I literally ordered an ice tea and it took over thirty minutes after I sent it in on the app. Don't go here if you don't have a bunch of time to waste. read more
