Second time here. First time as I am ordering my drink, the "manager" said "Are you fuckin with me?" And proceeded to complain about my order. She tells me she can't do extra hot over 170 which is a lie. The barista looked at me and said "don't worry. I've got ya." Today, I came back hoping for a better experience. The cashier was better but missed a couple things. When my drink was called she said she wasn't allowed to go over 175. The drink had tons of foam and barely tasted like a mocha. This store and its employees need to be trained by a true Starbucks trainer and represent the company better. You can call your customers hon and love but please make their drinks right and know company policies before spouting them off. The store is a nice size and vibe is good. This is a burrito blob. Not officially on the menu but that is how my "southwest breakfast burrito " was in the bag. It's not wrapped like a burrito as you can see, the filling was just as gross. I assume it was egg, black beans, & potato. It looked like the 3 ingredients were puréed into disgusting baby food. Was there even any sausage? Moreover,this isn't even what I originally ordered. I really enjoyed this Starbucks today. It was my first time to visit it as I'm from the other side of Colorado and was just in town for business this week. It was convenient right on the main road Woodgate Rd.) in Montrose, in a popular area near popular stores and restaurants, it had good parking, the dining area was huge, clean, had comfortable seating and other kinds of seating to accommodate individuals or groups, men's room was very large and clean, the employees were friendly and efficient, both my coffee and lunch were delicious, Wi-fi worked well, and the music was okay - not too annoying. read more

There are actually four Starbucks locations in Montrose. My favorite location is inside the new City Market, not only is it convenient, but they always have fast and friendly service and the coffee quality is always consistent. The other location is in in front of the restaraunt in the hospital, best quality delicious food at great prices in a hospital. I would highly recommend it, really great delicious healthy food. They also have gluten free choices! The fourth location is in Target, but I won't be going there since target seems to think it's OK to let a man in a girls bathroom and visa versa. If there was only one person at a time no problem, but when you allow both genders at the same time, NO. read more

Luckily for us this Starbucks isn't too far off the beaten path and offers a very convenient drive thru as well. It's a Starbucks. There's nothing fancy here. They get your order right most of the time. But this is hands down the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. The average wait in the drive through is 5 minutes. I don't know what they could be doing that makes it go this slowly. Friendly service and clean store, just SLOW. read more

I don't understand the bad reviews of this Starbucks. The staff has always been great and I have been going here since they opened. I usually go through the drive through before work when it is very busy and they are almost always quick. (Every place has their occasional off day!)
