There is a girl there who clearly is a drug user and was handling all food orders by hand without gloves. Now if she washed her hands and was clean, no biggie. She was scraping scabs off her arm, whipping the blood from her hands onto her shirt, handled our food. Not even to add nose and mouth touching in the process. I've never seen that first hand outside of TV shows. DISGUSTING! We told staff and the other employee made it right and served it appropriately which we much appreciated. read more

I'm super upset. I went in to get a coffee I was rlly looking forward too after my yoga class and a worker gave me a completely different coffee. I told her this was not it because I've gotten it before. She said "yes it is" but didn't want to argue much and just accepted it. Horrible-ordered black coffee, frozen coffee and both tasted disgusting- frozen caramel coffee tasted awful and was not sweet at all- it had a sour taste- simple black coffee had a chemical taste to it- service was slow and employees were not friendly at all- I was traveling through so I took them to go- I wasn't turning back to get replaced- skip this place and find somewhere else to go!!!! read more

This place is unhygienic and the staff do not care. We went in and there were barely any donuts left. After explaining to the kid the difference between butter pecan and chocolate peanut butter ice cream, I went to get some spoons. The spoons were in a metal container stuffed with garbage and the worker pulled the garbage out and then offered me the spoons. After asking for two clean spoons, the same lady behind the counter - wearing the dirtiest shirt I have ever seen - then gave us another spoon with a hair on it...I'm not completely sure she didn't intentionally give me a dirty spoon because I complained about the first round of garbage covered flatware. To the Manager/Owner: We were in your establishment on Tuesday, June 29th in the afternoon shift. Looking through the other comments, I am seeing the same issue regarding incompetent and unprofessional staff. Repercussions for poor, sloppy and unhygienic performance will improve your customers' experience. read more

There has been nonstop a line that wraps around the whole building every morning and I've been coming here since November 2021. They have now locked the lobby so no one can come inside and order, and also you can not order ahead, also my son had to use the restroom from waiting in line for over 20mins and of course the lobby the doors to enter the building was locked. Not to mention the multiple times I've had hairs in my food, and have been having kissing items that I have ordered or they will give me the completely wrong item in my order. Now I have to check my bag before I pull away and they all look at me terribly when I do so. But I wouldn't have to if they weren't consistently messing up or misplacing my order. The one lady who seems to be the manager is understanding, it must be the new staff there because this place is going down hill completely in a short amount of time. I come at all times of the day and it always has issues. Not to mention the donuts the amount of frosting has hardly been even covering the donut, my kids have been very disappointed and have been going to a local place for donuts due to their poor quality. The man who gives me my food and I pay for my order has a serious get out of my face your annoying me attitude as well, I can keep going on about the issues here. I normally don't complain but this place has an issues every time I come here. I have two free coffees and after I use them I am done coming here and going back to Starbucks, where at least I get good customer service and if my something is made wrong or missing it's taking care of. I always take my food and coffee home to eat because their lobby is ALWAYS locked to the public, it used to be not locked back in November and December of 2021. I was visiting Montrose, CO, about 2 weekends ago, and stopped at this store two days in a row. The first morning I went in and ordered a coffee, and there was a staff of 3 young men. The young man who waited on me was very nice, friendly, and service was very prompt. The second morning I went in to get coffee, there were 3 young women in the store. The young woman at the counter kept letting other people go in front of me, and never even acknowledged me. It was like I was invisible. It was the strangest thing. When I finally spoke up and asked why she wouldn't wait on me, she told me I was in the wrong line. What? There were no lines, and usually only one other customer in the place. The owner needs to fire these women if they don't want to lose their business all together, and give the young men a raise! Service, or lack thereof, needs to be addressed! Needless to say, I stormed out of the place, and didn't buy anything that second day. read more

Well we are from Texas and waited for 5 am for the place to open the girl saw us opened only the front door and not the side to be a brat lol. We still went in because we'll it's all that is opened tried to order a breakfast sandwich guess what they don't sell those till 6am. So we got some donuts she was irritated we were there to get food. And a guy came through drive thru and he got a breakfast sandwich so not sure why the short lady is so angry and doesn't want to sell food?? Whatever this whole town sucks. read more

For just opening these guys are doing wonderful. I've had a few small errors here and there but that could have been me. They gave away free coffee for a year to the first 100 people in line, which i thought was awesome. The staff is super friendly. I have seen the owner in there multiple times and she is wonderful and nice. She saw someone make a small mistake on my drink order(didn't do light ice), so she dumped it and remade it herself. They are new so there is some stuff to fine tune but I have faith that they will. I will continue to support this business because the local people working there for a living deserve as much support as a small town business. This is a new location with lots of promise;however, we tried them on their third day an ordered 1/2 dozen as a trial and sadly, these donuts were dry and lacked the taste I've come to expect in various Dunkin Donuts I've visited. Two jelly filled had barely any filling at all and were again tasteless and very dry:-( We will try them again--to be fair, they've only been open a short time--I hope they improve and succeed:-) read more

Ordered three shakes from the limited amount of ice cream they had on hand. We got milk and ice blended together. Not sure if that's how shakes are made in this part of the country but I would assume being a National chain, the standards would be the same. Definitely not a coffee shake. Went back in to have the shakes redone which took almost 20 min. Shakes were better but not nearly the same quality we were used to. read more

We were on a road trip and on Monday's they were offering free medium coffee for DD members. This was the only Dunkin Donuts within 5-6 hours of our drive and they worker said that the system is not working so we cannot use this reward and to come back later. Unfortunately, this was the only Dunkin Donuts on our way so we have no chance of coming back later. She could have done something for us going out of our way, waiting for 10 minutes, and having to leave without getting the deal. Bad first impression of the whole city of Montrose! read more

I keep going hoping it's going to get better. The customer service is horrible if you try to go during morning rush. Seems as though the staff are not used to delivering quality service while taking orders. When I asked why am I drink didn't look correct on the screen they ignored me and just kept telling me to move up and when I did get to the window they assured me my coffee was correct which indeed it is not. read more

They just threw our donuts into a paper bag and didn't wrap them. We got four donuts and one of them had powdered sugar which was all over the others. My moms apple fritter was rock hard and tasted horribly stale. read more

What donuts? I've been to the store three times since it's opened and walked out empty handed each time. Why stay open to 8 or 9 pm when you only make the donuts once per day first thing in the morning and run out of any of the filled donuts by 10am. Not as good as I had hoped! The crossonwich was low quality. An I order a heath coolatta w/whip cream and caramel drizzle. What I got was an ice coffee. We drove an hour and half to this location as it was closest one to us. What a disappointment!!! read more
