Love coming here on the weekends with my wife and daughter. This time, the holiday drinks were out and my daughter requested that I try the Chestnut Praline. Boy, it is a yummy drink, I can't believe that I prefer it over the peppermint mocha; which is my usual go-to. I sometimes also get the delicious bacon egg and Gouda sandwich, but since I had already had breakfast, I did not get it this time, but you totally have to try it! (Along with their egg bites and seasonal cheese danish!) service is sometimes slow depending on the time you arrive so be prepared to wait if you go through the drive through, but employees are friendly! I am very disappointed with this location! Not about the products but about the service ! I have been a patron and supporter of Starbucks over 20 years or so. But this location's personnel just blew my mind. I am used the culture Starbucks created for its client, a place you can come and have an enjoyable time with clients, families or friends . Browse your computer and have a coffee. But today I have to experience the worst when I asked for a simple cup of water. I was lectured by this person that I should buy products before requesting anything else. This location has plenty of potential. It's a very attractive space, with plenty of comfortable seating and functional tables of various sizes. Two problems, though: first, while the service is cordial, they've incorrectly entered my order both times I've been here (and we're not talking complicated orders here in any way). Second, it's uncomfortably cold. I carry a small thermometer on my bag, and they appear to keep the thermostat around 67 degrees, a good five degrees lower than most locations (given Starbucks' renewed focus on getting people to stay awhile, I'm surprised they haven't set a standard for indoor climate control). read more

I'm so very disappointed in this location. On Saturday November 15, 2025 I purchased a Venti Carmel Ribbon Crunch beverage, that to my shock contained a piece of aluminum. Unfortunately, I did not notice the aluminum contamination until it was too late. As I swallowed the coffee I felt the aluminum scratching my throat as it was going down. I realized that it was not ice going down. I then forced myself to regurgitate it back up. Not only was this experience alarming, and traumatizing it was also a unacceptable breach of food and beverage safety. I am requesting that this matter be investigated immediately. read more

I ordered my favorite venti Peppermint Mocha with 2 extra pumps of the sweet syrup. My husband Max got the iced Gingerbread Latte. The Sugar Plum danish was good. It isn't something I would die for. Max chose the Egg, Bacon and Cheese Sandwich. That one is a keeper. The drive thru service is as busy as a Chik-fil-A. You will have quicker service if you park and go inside. This is probably one of the largest stores that I have been to. There is lots of seating and lots of charging ports which equals to many people with laptops doing what they do. New Starbucks on Red road near Turnpike and Miramar library. The ambiance is great, the wood and big windows brings in lots of natural light. There's plenty of outside seating and lots of parking as well. Definitely recommend stopping by to enjoy a cup of coffee. read more

44 minutes waited for a pre order , sat 34 minutes in the store. I ended up walking out because my time is more important than waiting this long for a cup of coffee. Then I ask them about one item of my order missing and once again the (same lady) chimes in and says she gave it to me! NEVER did she give me a sandwich, turns out it was sitting there the whole time. The fact that lady accused me of stealing cream cheese and then a sandwich that was never given to me is insane! Terrible service unfortunately. I paid for a tall pike place and usually you are given the coffee as soon as you order. The tall dude working the register told me to pick it up at the end he had an attitude like he didn't want to be at work today. I placed order around 11:40 and at 11:55 still waiting for my coffee I decided to cancel the order. As I'm walking to the register another lady walks up saying she also just ordered a pike place and has been waiting. They gave her the coffee and then I also inquired. The lady gave me my coffee and I asked for future reference has the system changed? Usually if it's just a coffee you receive at the register. She said if it wasn't a mobile order then yes if it's just a coffee the person who rang you up is supposed to give coffee when you order.
