Tucked away on the side of a small office building on Conference drive across from the complex that houses The Chef's Market, Bloom & Brew is a casual, vibey and local spot serving up all the classics alongside a solid selection of pastries and baked goods. While there are a few tables outside the front door, the interior space offers a variety of seating from industrial style tables and wooden booths to a cozy old school couch and plush leather tables to a full booth tucked in a nook with a stained-glass window overhead. While I was there for the coffee, I decided to stay for the vibes and enjoy my iced latte in one of those cush leather chairs! Speaking of lattes, I am a sucker for seasonal drinks, especially those in the fall, so naturally I gravitated towards the season menu and went with an Iced Monkey Bread Latte and it was absolutely delightful! Well balanced, a tad salty, but also sweet...so good! Service was stellar from entry to exit. Chatted while ordering and then a bit while he was whipping up the goods. Super chill fella with some great coffee skills! Overall, absolutely thrilled to have found Bloom & Brew. I can already tell this spot is going to become one of my go-to's anytime I am near or in Goodlettsville!

I've been wanting to write this review because Chef's Market deserves so much more than five stars…read more My family and I have been coming here for years. We've celebrated family dinners, hosted business meetings, and made countless memories around your tables. Even after moving out of state more than 10 years ago, every single time I come back to Tennessee, my dad and bonus mom know that one stop is non-negotiable--we're going to Chef's Market. The food is incredible, and the cakes are worth the trip all by themselves. A few weeks ago, though, Chef's Market became so much more than a favorite restaurant. I got a call that my bonus mom had become very sick, and I rushed home to help care for my family. One day I stopped in to grab lunch and, of course, one of your amazing cakes to take back to the house. I was holding it together...until I wasn't. When the sweet lady behind the bakery counter asked which cake I wanted, all of the fear, exhaustion, uncertainty, and heartbreak I'd been carrying came pouring out. I couldn't stop crying. Without hesitation, she set the cake down, walked around the counter, and wrapped me in the biggest, most genuine hug. Not the kind of hug you give because you feel obligated--but the kind that says, "You're not alone." Then she prayed with me. A complete stranger saw my pain, held me tight, and promised she would continue praying for my family. As I sit in the hospital weeks later, I still think about that moment. I remember her kindness, her compassion, her gentle spirit, and the love she showed someone she had never met before. That hug meant more than she'll probably ever know. Chef's Market isn't just a restaurant with incredible food and the best cakes around. It's a place that feels like home. It's where my family has made years of memories, and now it's also the place where I was reminded that kindness still exists in this world. Thank you for feeding people in more ways than one. Thank you for caring. Thank you for reminding me that a simple act of compassion can carry someone through one of the hardest days of their life. You truly never know what someone is walking through. Your kindness made a difference in mine, and I'll never forget it. Unfortunately I have forgotten her name but I know she has beautiful black hair that smelled amazing!

The lemon cake looked amazing but tasted so odd, with fake lemon icing, even a little vinegary, with sugary, flavorless cake. I couldn't find the prices posted in the restaurant. When it's cafeteria-style and you have to quickly decide to keep the line moving, you need to know the price. Great presentation and portions, very friendly staff.

I want to give this place 5 stars. This is my favorite place to come to work since I am remote…read more It's really close to where I live and there's nothing else local in the area. Pros: -The drinks are good (rishi tea is the best) -The location is fantastic -It's cozy and has outlets (!!!) -Plenty of parking (!!!) -Sarah is THE SWEETEST and always remembers me and my drink. It goes a long way towards making me want to come back. -They've finally added matcha lattes to the menu (!!) -The pricing is really good compared to other places in the Nashville metro area! Cons: -There are times when it's empty, other times (like at this current moment when I'm sitting here) when it's full. There is one employee working. That seems to be a bit of an oversight by whoever is making decisions about that. -There used to be good I could order. It seems they've taken it away. That's pretty disappointing. -I was told they took away a lot of the syrups? I'm fully on board with seasonal drinks but.. taking away regular inventory? Overall.... amazing place. I would 100% give this 10 stars but whatever the higher ups are doing is a little questionable with their choices. The amount of people I've talked to in the area that have no idea this place exists.... a teeny bit of instagram marketing could go a long way I think! Again... there's literally nothing like this in the area. You have to go towards Nashville to get anything somewhat similar and honestly, I don't like the next closest place. So hopefully the owners figure out how to run it better. I REALLY don't want to see it go under.

Then the same employee who had taken my order delivered my beverages instead of calling my name, thanked me, and wished me a wonderful day. It was a busy time and didn't have to go out of the way to do so. Didn't get to catch anyone's name but THANK YOU for your hospitality and service. A Great New Addition to Goodlettsville!…read more So happy to see a spot like Daily Grind Coffee House open in Goodlettsville! This place has so much to offer, from coffee and espresso drinks to all-day breakfast, lunch options, and some great healthier choices. The atmosphere is super cute, welcoming, and spacious! I love the open concept and variety of seating, including a cozy lounge area, traditional tables, and high-top seating. Whether you're meeting up with friends, grabbing a quick bite, or looking for a comfortable place to get some work done, this is a great spot. Plus, there's plenty of parking! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable. We ordered breakfast sandwiches, scones, and a few other goodies to go. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious when we got home! I loved the thoughtful touch of their monthly community note, sharing positive messages and local happenings. It's little things like that that make a place feel connected to the community. Great food, friendly service, and a really inviting atmosphere. We will definitely be back! This is exactly the kind of local spot Goodlettsville needs, and I hope we continue to see more places like this in the community. Definitely worth checking out!
