This store has gotten so much better recently! I think they got a new manager and he really seems to care about customer service! I come to this location at least 3-4 times a week during their early morning rush. I've gotten used to waiting 8-10 minutes to get through the Drive Thru but the last 2 weeks they've gotten significantly faster and my wait has only been 2-3 minutes from placing my order to driving off with my drinks and food. The baristas who work here also seem happier and friendlier. I guess when you're not stressed out being understaffed dealing with angry customers who wait too long, you can actually focus on what's important, and that's proving great customer service and serving delicious drinks! Omg dud the drive thru girl could not hear me. I ordered a grande skinny iced vanilla latte 2 pumps vanilla. "what she asks louder ?" I repeat then she says "F------g Retard! Mon the loudspeaker ! I said you need to be careful of what's said in a loaf speaker everyone can hear you! She says I do not know what you are talking about? Okay two of us in my car heard it. No one uses the "r"word and who swears at a customer? I asked to see the manager. Another denial we hear every thing that's said on our earphones! First time swinging by this new Starbucks - it's location is pretty obviously only to catch the morning commuters into Boston, so I wasn't expecting much on the interior midday, but I was pleasantly surprised. The work spaces were cozy and seemed to be trying out a new look for Starbucks (more refined than hipster.) The space was clean and neat, the staff was nice, if not overly so, and my drink came up in a timely manner. Per other reviews, it was a little chilly inside to the point where I put my coat back on, but otherwise, I had a totally pleasant time doing work for a couple hours! read more

This is his new Starbucks, I visited three times and not yet typical Starbucks for great service and product. Untypical was condition of men's restroom. In need of cleaning. Staff today seemed over stressed and not focused on customer service. Always great coffee, but they need a manager who is "heads - up". I hope they get it together soon. Location is off downtown, probably good choice. Signage is weak, they are lost between car dealerships. Limited parking. read more

It's been a long time coming , as I love Starbucks products and the fact I can walk there , ( I live in point of pines ) clean ,bright and a nice decor . Well stocked with products and of course free wi fi . Staff looked a little discombobulated but that is understandable with a new busy store as speed and organization will come in time , I will be in weekly for my lb of coffee and a beverage . This is the fastest Starbucks I have ever been to!! The first time I went I was running very early for work and thought, "hey, I'll stop and get Starbucks, waiting for my coffee will probably take 10 minutes" it took less than 5 minutes and I went through the drive through where there were 2 cars pulling in ahead of me!! UNHEARD OF. A week or so later I was running on time to work and decided to run in since the drive through line was quite long, I watched almost the entire line get their coffees and leave in the less than 3 minutes it to order and receive my coffee. I'm literally amazed. I have been to this Starbucks a few times since and the service and speed remain consistent. They also have never once messed up my order (even when I get really complicated). Easily the fastest Starbucks I have ever been to. So impressed!! read more

It always great to have a cup of coffee here. Plenty of room and seats, with free WiFi, and a great crew behind the counters to assist.

There is a great staff here and the location is perfect. You can actually get a seat and relax. I wish there was additional parking in the front because you often have to park in back and there is no way out except through the drive-through area. More and more people are discovering this location and I may not have it to myself for much longer. read more

This Starbucks has gone down hill! I have bought coffee from here a few times and just ended up tossing the whole coffee in the garbage because the coffee taste terrible! How hard is it to make coffee. Some of the barista's are rude and act like they are doing you a favor when they wait on you. The management needs to seriously clean house and fire a few people. I had a new employee literally throw a scalding hot coffee at me, I don't act rude so I don't know what would merit such rude behavior. read more

I've waited for this location to open forever!! Now that it has, I am very disappointed. Been there 3 times for simple ice coffee just black and had to wait because the cashier couldn't scoop some ice and add coffee. It's just ice and coffee no espresso! I should be in and out. This is by far the best Starbucks location on the North Shore! The baristas are very friendly and the coffee is good! Not like the rude employees who f with your coffee at the Rt1 location. A step up from the horrible coffee from Dunks down the street. read more
