That deserves a star, but the customer service was so bad, I have to just keep it at 2 stars. I'm not sure why they aren't friendly-is it because it's morning? Some people aren't morning people I guess. I did plan to try the one In Nacogdoches, but the competition right up the road NEVER fails to provide the best customer service so I just won't take my chances.

Usually I get friendly service, but sometimes the staff is just basically taking orders and nothing more in terms of customer service. Sometimes they are even unsure of some of the other things they offer besides tea. I also would love to see seating added. Currently there isn't a place to drink your tea inside. Overall, very refreshing iced tea. A bonus is they sell multiple sizes and even by the gallon. Convenient location to campus.

Great place for teens to hang out and an amazing place for parents to take kids. I also saved $5 off the price because we used our punch card. On our 5th visit. Today we played card games and the young lady behind the counter offered a few coloring sheets. So we got to color today.

Unbelievable management at this place. They were out of waffle cones (which are included) and the…read moremanager insisted on charging to substitute waffle bowls - the same exact thing I'm a different form. And they were out of our 2 favorite ice creams, so we were going to get substitutes - $50 worth of ice cream to take home - all of which we left without purchasing (with mixins so hopefully the staff likes the flavors - sinful to waste all that). The manager talked to me personally on the employee's cell phone (super unprofessional) just to confirm that policy. Worst manager I've ever heard of in the food industry and I do hope he is out of a job soon - for the sake of the owners of this place. We are regulars and now not only will we never be back, I will be sure to share how horribly they treat their customers the next time anyone mentions the place. Such a shame since they are the only one in town.

I was ordering for a friend, so I wasn't really sure what I was getting. We walk in, and instead of getting greeted, three employees just stared at us. Unsure of which end of the counter I needed to be at I just stared back waiting for a hello, welcome, I can help you over here, etc. Nothing. So I just stood there, uncomfortable, waiting for somebody to take my order. It was almost like they didn't want to help us and the sucker had to take our order. They were very unfriendly.
