I usually get in the drive thru on the way to work and the staff always are on point with professionalism. However today was a sour one. I entered the drive thru as usual and was quite busy. I got an Iced Peach green tea and the car in front of me looked like was handed the wrong order. I went up after for my order and the staff handed me the drink they left on the counter with baked goods. I'm rushing for work so I was not thinking at first and realized this is not my order so I told the staff it's not mine and handed the drink and goods back. I held them for maybe 20 seconds. The staff runs to the back and gets my green tea and tells me "Next time, stop me before I hand you the wrong order" and rolls his eyes at me. I was on the wrong for grabbing it without thinking. I understand that but was it necessary to tell a customer who was waiting patiently to correct you when you made a similar mistake just not 5 minutes ago with someone else? I don't know how else to put this but that was quite rude. If you are not sure of the order, you can ask to confirm it before handing the order, especially if you JUST made the mistake with someone prior. read more

The good: I got a caramel apple crisp Frappuccino (creme based so there's no coffee). I like that they have non-caffeine drink options. I also like how they have seasonal flavors. The drive-thru was convenient. The bad: The drink tastes quite artificial. They ran out of the apple drizzle. They didn't have any raccoon cake pops as advertised. There was a long wait in the drive-thru The interesting: I got a $4 gift card as an apology for the long wait. Raccoon cake pops are just vanilla ones but with a funner shape. read more

Hey, Starbucks groupie here. I've had my shared of drive-thru and mobile pickup orders on a weekly basis with many of the Starbucks in the Westchester and Inglewood area. This is my two-cents and a nickel on this location. Let's jump right into this review. This location is on Century Boulevard - stand alone location, directly across the street from the Westin Hotel. Use to be an old Taco Bell. Drinks (my usuals) Venti strawberry acaí with lemonade, no strawberries, add peach juice Venti green tea with water, add 2 splendas, sometimes I substitute water for lemonade Grande Hot Chocolate w/ extra whipped cream, with a splash of vanilla syrup - kids temp :) Things to know: - Drive-thru and inside accessible with tables and chairs. It's a large Starbucks. - Private lot with parking spaces. - I have ordered inside and through the drive-thru. - I have learned that the refreshers/teas taste varies by location. I do wish there was consistency. Flavor is a hit and miss from time to time. - The staff is friendly and personable at this location. No complaints. Service can be slow during peak times. - The inside is usually in "good shape", lol. I don't see trash, dirty tables, or messy counters. - This location is 24 hours. No matter the day, hour, light or dark outside, this Starbucks can fulfill all your coffee needs. read more

I ordered a caramel latte and a ham and swiss on baguette extra toasted. Things they forgot: caramel in my latte or extra toasting my sandwich, but they want tip. Also had to wait forever to get my printed receipt bc of their system didn't work. this one is not on the staff obviously but please do better. read more

Ordered a venti only for it to be filled half way and missing the non dairy sweet cream which you're charged extra for. It was beyond disgusting and a waste of money this location is very hit or miss. read more

Umm,, not sure what they made my husband and I, but we both received a drink that's Not what we ordered.. we were the only ones in the drive through but we still checked the names on the drinks to be sure we had our order... both coffees were missing the syrup/ flavor. We both have a cup of milk and coffee, worth maybe $6. However, we payed $15 plus $3 tip so $18 for gross drinks read more

Coming here sucks now. Apparently there is always a store meeting but I mean, there is nobody inside. Anyways, I wish you guys can improve this location that way I can grab my drink that's been sitting on counter for about 5-8 mins. On top of that, my order was wrong. I am first to commend great service. It could very well be just this particular visit, however, I have to be completely transparent. It should not take more than 10 minutes to make a drink, which is how long I waited. To make matters worse, the drink did not taste anywhere near what I usually order. All of the focus was on the drive thru customers, and the walk up customers were piling up, with no acknowledgment as to what was taking so long. If it is insufficient staff that needs to be addressed, I'm certain that it's within their budget to have enough employees to accommodate their clientele. Every staff member was amazing, super friendly and you're greeted with a loud hoorah as you enter. The interior is clean and modern. My drink was made quick and right. The customer service hear is really bad, This location plays very loud heavy mental music, not what I want while drinking a cup of expensive tea in a coffee shop. I spoke with the manager Rick, he told me he is sorry I don't like the music and refused to turn it done or change the music. The music is for his enjoyment not the customers. TERRIBLE! I am officially done with this location. I placed a mobile order for a venti raspberry cold brew 15 minutes before coming to the store. 15 minutes later, the drink was not sitting out on the counter, something they normally do for mobile orders. The barista making drinks saw me after asking a customer what their drink was and didn't say anything, pretending like I was invisible or didn't matter to him. I had to ask him what was going on in that he told me they ran out of cold brew. I asked him why the app said it was available in that he told me that they didn't mark it off they were sold out. I was fed up in that I asked for a refund. This location needs some kind of manager or someone higher up to come in and change things around. read more

They be fixing the wrong things. Went inside, service wasn't good. They are not friendly at all. No one smiled lol Latina woman with light pulled back hair left after the man in the front me- didn't say anything to me stand there for a while before she helped me. She took my order 2 iced white chocolate mocha with oat milk no whip and one white hot chocolate. I saw a light skinned black girl making one with whip but didn't want to assume it was mine. Sure enough she made them whip and regular milk I saw that too. I told her my order and she didn't look happy which made me want to cancel my order because I don't want someone mad making my order. But it wasn't just for me, the latina came over and started helping her and she was also going to put whip on. No attention to detail whatsoever. One drink was filled to the brim the other wasn't like that at all. Like why would you do that? The white hot chocolate was fine. But my drinks were made with regular milk and made wrong twice- they need to get it together for the price because I hadn't been there for a while and I definitely won't be rushing back there. read more

Great customer service! Came by twice today as I was staying at a nearby hotel. Their free Wi-Fi was better than the hotels. Each cashier was extremely personable in conversation and they went out of the way to make my order great (offering to warm up my muffin, customizing my friends refresher drink). Not too impressed. I mean, if you've been to one Starbucks, it's all pretty much the same. I walked in. I didn't see anyone working, so I waited. Eventually I saw 4-5 people around the drive thru window and someone bringing orders to the front counter. I still waited to be acknowledged...anything. Still a couple of minutes pass. One of the women made eye contact but she kept conversing with her colleagues. Finally, she approaches the register, seemingly unwillingly, and takes my order. No greeting. No "sorry for the wait." This place is magical! Even though it's by the airport it's not in the middle of the construction nightmare so it's very quick and easy to find off the 405 freeway. The employees were all super nice and it has a nice, large space inside. It also has a private, large parking lot which is incredibly rare this close to the airport. No stars. The app show me this store is open until 24:00. Google shows me is open until 24:00. I ordered 2 cups of coffee at 20:40. Arrive at the store at 20:50. But I can't open the door. They have 2 doors. Both of them is locked. Three customers are in the store. One man helped us to remind the staff we are outside. But they do nothing! The customer who helped us came out and told us that Starbucks closes at 21:00, but at this moment it is 20:50!!!The staff ignored us at all, and didn't even come out to tell us that it was closed, and there was no business hours on the door. It's the first time I wrote a review so angry, it's ridiculous. read more
