3 is for the taste of the food and drink, we ordered the usual egg white bites and coffee. Husband ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and it ended up being bacon egg and cheese. Too hungry to go deal with it so he just ate it. The biggest challenge I see here is the slowness of service. there is a line at least 10 people deep and they have one person making espresso drinks, another just started making teas and such and there is one person running the hot food station. The problem is the person running the espresso machine, if she could move any more slowly, she would literally be moving backwards. I have never seen anyone move this slowly while making morning coffee for a huge group of people. read more

15 minutes to get to little speaker box to order my drink with 3 cars in front of me. Another 25 minutes to get my drink. Not fun. Not sure if it's due to low staffing, new trainees, or something else, but man oh man was this the longest I've been in a drive through for Starbucks! The young lady working the window didn't smile, she had a look of desperation on her face. Almost like she was thrown to the wolves, possibly new or overwhelmed working the drive through. When I finally pulled out the stopped to drink my toasted white mocha, I noticed I had to tilt my cup a little more than I should to get something to drink. Took off the lid and my drink was half filled, no whipped cream either. Looked like there used to be foam, but it had disappeared due to sitting out too long or something. Quite disappointing first time trying the new holiday flavor for this season. This is hands down the worst drive through Starbucks experience I've ever had. read more

Let me start with" most of the employees are fantastic" There are a few that think they can be rude, arrogant and bossy. Store is constantly out of something, this has been going on since way before the supply shortage AND the other stores in the area are not out???? Even though the hours are posted, they are not followed. More than once I have placed a mobile order only to find the store locked well before closing time( sometimes several hours). No refund, see the computer doesn't know they are closed because the posted hours are not followed. Yesterday I was told You have to leave right now unless you are wearing a mask. She went on to say that there is a state mandate for mask... pure erroneous information. No mask mandate here except for govt buildings, Starbucks is not the government!!!! I won't be back , I have enjoyed the great service from most of the employees. Management has done a wonderful job of ensuring that I spend My money elsewear. Shame but there is always a KAREN that ruined it for the rest of the team. Thanks Cat, Max and all the others great people at this store. This is my fave Starbucks bc it's close to where I live. However, a homeless guy sits at a large table taking a 4 seat table without ordering anything. While the manager sits at a table w other employees taking up 3 tables. This is a v common occurrence that I can easily say it's the norm here. I'm waiting on a table to open as a paying customer as I'm typing this review. Really could improve customer service/ management. Need to go to the other Starbucks from this point on. read more

I read all of these reviews on here before making my trip back from Arkansas to Dallas and was about to not come to this location. I don't really believe in posting reviews for chain places, especially a mega chain like Starbucks ... and am really only posting a review for all the bad reviews that they have currently existing. I came to this drive-through expecting the wait to be super long and frustrating, but instead received good service from beginning to end. It was a little past 6 PM, and I was able to interact with two of the employees. Got two drinks to go, and stayed in the drive-through area a little bit too long. I just wanted a few sips before starting the trip back home and the employee that served us our drinks waited for me to have several sips to make sure I liked my drink before getting back to what he was doing! I visited this Starbuck's location several times over the past month. Consistently we encountered problems regardless of day, time and staff member. There are several areas for improvement. Wait times for orders are the longest I have ever encountered at a Starbuck's anywhere in the world. Also when ordering two coffees, one with espresso and one without, they never marked the cups to indicate which had the shot of expresso. When asking to differentiate between the two cups, one barista threw both cups away and made them again from scratch because she had no clue what he'd just made. On another visit, the lady taking our for drive-thru order couldn't hear our order (due to heavy rain). So she just gave us what she thought we ordered, again with no indication of which cup had a shot of expresso. All in all, easy to access location, but they have much room for improvement. read more

Nice barista, good selection, good drink. I've never had a skinny vanilla latte before, and I quite enjoyed it. I've read a couple of reviews about it being dangerous, but the most dangerous thing I saw there was me when the lady who ordered before me in line rolled up her window and stayed at the speaker for another three minutes after she ordered. Coffee is kind of expensive at Starbucks. Oh well. OH. I almost forgot. I ordered a white milk for my daughter and they gave me a sweetened vanilla milk. Itsa Starbucks, nothing to about which to get overly excited. As I have haunted every single Starbucks in the greater Little Rock area, this one is meh to fair. The parking lot is private AND as compact as a Mini Cooper. Seating is limited and without SHRUBBERY, outside seating is noisy and overly breezy...cause you are virtually ON Broadway. But hey, it is doable, when in a pinch. I only say that cause this one is a tight fit...not to take anything away from the staff or management. Today's entertainment was provided by Douche bag Don Juan, who thought he was being a 5-star player by going on and on (loudly) on how he loves being served whipped cream from a lady with such pretty eyes. His game was weak, and frankly cheesy and stupid. The coffee crowd was rolling its eyes at Dork Don Juan. BUT, the staff ladies played it cool and diplomatically. Try the coffee! read more

I absolutely love Starbucks, I visit Starbucks locations anywhere between 2-5 times a week, but this one was the worst one I have been to. The associates acted annoyed that we were there, and the place was almost completely empty which I have never witnessed at a Starbucks. Let's start off with the location. The location is great because it's on broadway, nice and convenient. Alrighty, the location also sucks because it's on broadway and during the morning rush it seems very dangerous getting in out of the tight entrance. The location also brings a couple of homeless people, never aggressive but awkward. The staff always seem to be friendly and cheery but there are a couple who come off rude with isn't normal for Starbucks employees. My drinks are usually good but seem to be inconsistent and sometimes missing the flavored syrup. The reason I come to this location is for the convenience and usually quick Latte. read more

Standard Starbucks fare; service is very friendly but really slow. The parking lot is TINY--it fits maybe 12 cars total. The location itself is tiny as well, with only a few tables and a small patio. In addition, this Starbucks is located near the 630 on-ramp, very close to downtown, so it's an absolute nightmare to go to during lunch. In short, I generally like Starbucks--good tea, decent pastries--but I do not like it nearly enough to battle caffeine-crazed people on their lunch break looking for a parking space, nor do I wish to stand in line for 30 minutes. The drive through has always been both pleasant and marginally faster, though, so I would recommend that route if you absolutely need your Starbucks fix. read more

A standard Starbucks but with a tiny parking lot and a very slow staff. Three people were working, and it still took over five minutes to get the two drinks I ordered. And, that was after standing in line behind *one* person (who didn't have anything overly complicated in her order) for at least two minutes. Maybe the drive-through line is faster? I wish I had something good to say about this location, but really, it was hot in the store, the service was slow (and ordering was agonizing -- I've ordered the same drink, more or less, for nearly 10 years, and I've never had to repeat it as many times as I did this morning in Little Rock), and the drinks were made relatively poorly. I am a die hard Starbucks fan but this particular store was the pits!!! The parking for the store was inaccessible from every direction because of the drive-thru customers. The drive-thru lane spilled out into the street. The only place to park was next store at Wendy's where displayed is a sign stating 'you will be towed'.
