I used to brag to others about this Starbucks, it was the best I've ever had. I like the Caramel Ribbon Crunch. In the last 6 months the beverage has gone down hill. There's very little Caramel or Crunch. There's no coffee favor. It turns to ice half way through. The associates are always cheerful and pleasant. Got a "tall" pike during rush hour today. It was even worse than usual. Asked for half and half added. Got skim milk. Coffee was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for 2 hours. This is the closest Starbucks to my house so I am a regular here. I always have EXCELLENT customer service. The baristas are always so warm and welcoming to the guests. They are very helpful too if you see trying to decide what drink to get or have any questions. The only downside of this Starbucks is that the drive thru line is pretty awkward and can cause traffic issues. I recommend ordering ahead on the app or just parking and going inside! read more

I was fairly unhappy with a few trips I had taken here. I love Starbucks (yes I'm basic and fine with that ) and a few times they were less than friendly and my drinks weren't consistent. I wonder if they have gotten some new staff because it has been much better lately. The guy who was at the window a few days ago double checked that the pumpkin Frappuccino was made without coffee and said he would remake it if so. It didn't and we were good but he was polite and helpful. That was not the norm here before. I'm glad they have made some improvements! read more

When making my Americano they use the hot water from the water spicket no t from the coffee maker resulting in luke warm coffee. Bad drink

Except on rare occasions, this place reeks of the bathrooms. What's the point of remodeling and getting a mural and new furniture and everything when it smells so gross??? The staff here are also hit or miss on friendliness, but more often than not miss. I don't get it. read more

I have to admit that the Starbucks location at Cantrell & Mississippi holds a special place in my heart. Having opened in 2003, it was the first Starbucks corporate location in Arkansas, and I served as a barista there from its opening until 2005. I cannot comment too much on the quality of the coffee - Starbucks is Starbucks - so the only thing that can really set Starbucks stores apart from one another are the stores themselves. Unfortunately, this location looks largely the same as when I left ten years ago. With no major renovation since it opened, this grand old dame has simply seen better days. Though the staff keeps the place up to the best of their ability, the facility itself is just flat out rundown. The manager Andrew is very knowledgeable about coffee, and in fact was selected as one of a handful of employees around the country as a "Master Barista." You'd be well-served to have him make your drink - apparently his experience is unrivaled in the region! read more

When I was driving cross country from Miami to LA. I made one of my many stops Little Rock, AR. Why Little Rock?... yeah, when I look back at it I'm not really sure what I was thinking. I got to this starbucks around 9 30 am and it was freezing! I ordered my hot green tea and checked out some flyers on their board for local shows in the coming week and got out of there. I've been going in there for the last 2 weeks. When I 1st started going in there I ask how much a refill was because I'd been there previously with my coffee purchase. I was told 56 cents. It the 1st week it was great with a lovely red head clerk with a bright smile. Then the 2nd week I went in there to get a refill and the young boy with blond long hair gave me cold coffee and was offended when I ask for warm coffee. Today I went back in there and I was told that I could not get a refill for 56 cents so I went heaven was paying for a cup of coffee come to find out there was no coffee. So after the young blonde girl took my money I had to go back to work while she was making coffee. I ask for my money back and she shorted me 50 cents. I asked her for my dollar back and she wanted to argue with me. Finally the young blonde girl gave me back my dollar. So the point of this story is that no one can seem to get the right price on a refill. Much less give me hot fresh copy that I pay for without an attitude. Not such a bright place. I'd rather go to McDonalds. read more

This place is the worst! One time recently I ordered a white chocolate mocha and as I was finishing it, I took a drink and got what felt like already chewed mushy food in my mouth. I opened the cup to find a ton of mushy crap at the bottom along with a dirty underside of the lid. The lid had something red all over it, from someone else's drink probably. Starbucks corporate handled that for me. I gave it another try recently and the person at the drive through window is the worst person you could possibly have representing the store. He/She is awfully rude. Yesterday's visit, I ordered coffee and a croissant. I was waiting for the crossiant when she/he opened the window and violently shook the croissant bag at me. It was so bizarre and the hatred in his/her face was unsettling. I plan to return to get him on film because his/her behavior needs to be seen by others. This is not the first occurrence I've had with this person either, that left me angry. Go somewhere else. read more

Drive thru server's (Nathan) attitude sucked. Unfriendly and acted like he didn't want to be there. Didn't offer my receipt to me; instead just handed me the coffee, mumbled "here you go," and closed the window. I had to flag another worker down to print my receipt. But here's the kicker: the damned coffee was cold! No more trips to Starbucks for me! I was getting tired of their overt liberal activism anyway (I mean, shut up with your damned politics and just make coffee!), but sucky service and poor product is the last straw. read more

WOW, i like love this place. i normally got a mocha frap or a strawberry cream frap. take notice of the little table in the corner. i know this is in the starbucks i go to but i dont know if it is in all of them. there they have vanilla chocolate and a few other flavors of sprinkles to put on. BEWARE dont mistake the salt for vanilla sprinkles. they also have freshly baked stuff and like bottled drinks too. The coffee we got was good once they finally got our order straight (we ordered two mini fraps), but the barista working the drive through window the last two times I've been to this location was less than desirable.. He also wasn't wearing a name tag of any kind. His choices of "friendly conversations" were not really the most appropriate. He told my boyfriend "everyone" was just waiting for the company my boyfriend works for to go ahead and shut down.
