I also signed up for the rewards program (as this will be on a regular route for my work commute) and every time I've gone, they never ask for my rewards number and I'm realizing I've missed multiple transaction to get points. They have a competitor with a similar concept in town as well and they do a good job at this. Minor things, but nice stop if this is on your route.

When I arrived I asked for my order (two smoothies, two entrees, kale slaw and a bag of chips). The employee from behind the counter walked around to hand me my food and drinks. I told her I will need to make two trips since I don't have two hands to carry everything. I then asked if I could have a drink carrier to help make carrying my two smoothies easier. I was told no, it is their policy that only customers with three or more drinks can have a carrier. I was in shock. I am standing there with a cane in my hand and was told I could make multiple trips if needed. Absolutely absurd. I walked to my car carrying my bag of food first and then came back for my drinks. Then a second employee came out to hand me both drinks again. I told her I can only carry one at a time if I am unable to have a drink carrier. At least this time the employee offered to help. I was so taken back by my first encounter I still just couldn't believe it. To make things worse both smoothies were chunky and full of ice. To top it off I went to take my food out and noticed that the kale slaw did not have a plastic lid but was instead wrapped in plastic wrap. The liquid had gotten all over the bag.
