They roast their own beans. I may sound dramatic with this next statement,but I promise - there's no drama. I had the best and truest flat white I've ever had in America. Nope, not kidding. Nope, not a dramatic statement. I only speak the truth. I'm not a massive world traveler, but this flat white rivals those I've had in Denmark, Sweden, and Ireland. It's great quality and I was sad when I had my last sip as the car rolled through Cincinnati.
