The inside is rather spacious and the staff was friendly. Overall, I'd recommend coming here for the food and baked goods, but I can't recommend the coffee, at least the cold brew.

Unfortunately we got on to talking about other things and when the order was placed, it did not show on the receipt NO CINNAMON and sadly I believe the smoothie was made with cinnamon. How do I know you ask? Because it adversely affects my body and shortly after drinking the smoothie my body crashed. Fortunately I was able to make it home to my medication and was able to sleep it off but it ruined the rest of the day. As you know, I will promote this place as they have good açaí bowls, food choices, smoothies and coffee. For me unfortunately, once that trust of having a food allergy to deal with and the staff does not comply, I have to take a break and find other places to get my fix. This location is very close to my house but sadly I will have to drive to a competitor that has açaí bowls and there has never been an issue with allergies being taken seriously. I'm not saying this girl did not take it seriously, she just failed to communicate this to the person in the back making the smoothie. Also I'm not 100% sure that the sandwich I got did not have cinnamon in the ingredients. So for me, it's better to be safe and stay away from here and go where I know I can safely enjoy my day. Don't let my experience keep you from supporting this business as it has a great concept and strives to please.

Infinitely surpasses the quality of chains like Crumbl. Great stop in Centennial Hills amongst several businesses. Even relatively walkable for Las Vegas. Sweet find!

We waited in line ordered our drinks it took her 12 minutes to bring out one drink that was completely wrong had to get down because she was such a moron she had a attitude and kept on telling me that they are overly busy one day wasn't a person in the Starbucks there was a walking around not knowing what to do and it took me 17 minutes to get three drinks and when I walked in she was holding my dream not knowing what to do with it so she was going to drink it in the garbage and then when the manager called me she was more stupid than them she kept telling me that they are overwhelmed because the other Starbucks wasn't working because their AC went out when there was nobody in there Starbucks and offered me four dollars I threw the four dollars back on them I would definitely not recommend going to their Starbucks and on top of that it was extremely dirty read more

I love Starbucks, in general. The reason for two stars is that my hope is that management/ corporate will see the poor review and actually take action. This Starbucks location is very close to my house, I'm there frequently and can say that 80% of the time, my order is wrong: one or all of the following: Too much ice, too many pumps, whipped cream, not stirred. While I do get special order drinks, I don't understand why all the mistakes!?! You do little other than make drinks- this should be pretty straight forward. The staff is always friendly but just can't seem to get the orders right. When we decide to take timeout and sit inside and have a bite to eat, the place is always dirty. It could really use and deep cleaning or better yet, a makeover. read more
