This Starbucks location is amazing! I stopped by and felt welcomed instantly, they are so nice and greet every person entering. Inside is relaxing, has a casual atmosphere with awesome music. I was listening to Stella Lefty "Thinking 'bout You" and Fleetwood Mac "Everywhere," both fantastic songs! Menu is simplified and offers a nice selection of coffeehouse classics, Starbucks favorites, as well as featured flavor matcha beverages, and seasonal drinks. I ordered my go-to for Venti Iced Matcha Latte ($5.95) with coconut milk, no classic pump, and requested banana cold foam (+$1.25), matcha with banana is actually yummy, has soothing sweetness, and very delicious! I had a light snack for Egg White & Roasted Red Pepper Egg Bites (2 pieces, $5.45), served warmed up, this is very good and amazingly tasty! The egg bites are wonderfully light, soft, airy, and paired so nicely with Iced Matcha Latte and banana cold foam, it's really good! They have Dubai Chocolate Bite ($2.95), also served warmed up, this one's tasty too! Inside has pistachio cream with kataifi filling and chocolate drizzle on top, very good! I asked Carlos what his go-to drink is and he mentioned Venti Strawberry Acai Lemonade with four pumps of raspberry syrup. He offered a small sample and made it with two pumps of raspberry to balance the flavor. Strawberry Acai Lemonade is absolutely delightful! It has a deeply beautiful burgundy color, not too sweet, and the flavor is refreshing! I will definitely order this as a Venti on my next visit, so YUM! Service from Marco and Carlos is outstanding, very welcoming, courteous, polite, attentive, helpful, and friendly! Everyone in the staff is remarkably caring, so kind, knowledgeable, patient, and will even make time to answer any questions about the menu. drink was amazing and workers were nice but whoever's in charge of writing the notes on cups needs to fix their spelling because I wanted "Will you be my valentine?" on my cup and I got "Be my valiantine!" I am typically not one to leave reviews, especially not for something like a starbucks, but i'm at my limit lol and sadly this is the starbucks right next to my house. I have had 1 good coffee from this location since I moved here in November and i'm starting to feel targeted. Like is it because I use the app to save myself like $1 because i figured out that all that matters is how you word things. Is it because i go so early in the morning and no one can make a decent espresso thats not burnt that early. I truly do not get it. I know thinking Starbucks there all the same??? Not going disagree. I had to write review mainly for two reasons the interior and the fact they offer nitro cold brew. It not often come to this location but always been fan in general for it location. It close to the KIA dealership that take my KIA Soul for normal maintenance check up. All I do is walk down the street and get my coffee/good book kill time. It been while so had no idea that they renovated the inside. I literally felt like is this Starbucks walking into or not. The inside went from the normal look of most other Starbucks. Not so much couple shelves of Starbucks products they selling so open the space up more. They added more artwork along the walls with that space opening up. More inside seats that can sit down relax, chill, and enjoy good book. It lot more lighter. I feel much more pleasant atmosphere reading on with some coffee. The nitro cold brew. Maybe it trendy thing or not cause never had it. The barista was telling me that this location is one of only three Starbucks in Vegas that offers it. Never bothered ask the other two locations. I found that interesting. This Starbucks is a strange one. I've been lucky enough to enjoy enough decent-or-better Starbucks experiences that there was once a time where I didn't understand that SNL skit from years back about the Starbucks-branded home coffeemaker that transformed your kitchen into a migraine-inducing disaster, but I think I'm starting to get it now. We'll start with the smell. Upon walking in, my girlfriend and I were greeted with the aroma of what I could only guess was a backed up toilet. Not anything I'm not used to in a big city, but not really something that sets the stage for a date with a refreshing beverage all the same. Up next: the seating. We placed our order and sat down, only to be shooed out of our seats because "we've got a large shipment coming in". Totally get it, since I've worked in a coffee shop-type environment before and know how ridiculous these shipments can be... but the shipment never came in the time we were there. It was awfully fortuitous that two other people were finishing up as soon as we started looking for other seats, because that shipment evidently blows out two thirds of this Starbucks' seating. Two extra stars since the drinks were fine and the service, all things considered, was friendly. I don't envy what the folks working here likely have to contend with on a daily basis, if the toilets and shipment logistics are any indicator. Stick to the drive-thru if you've got a car and be patient -- I would probably be a lot grumpier than they were if I had to deal with their building and floor plan. read more

i come here all the time. on very rare occasions the drive thru line is too long so i go inside. which was a silly mistake. MESSAGE TO MANAGEMENT.... Staff is rude, they always have an attitude (primarily afternoon/evening shift) staff is non accommodating, and will NEVER make an-exception if you have a drink request or food modifications. Avoid this location, they'll only waste your time. There's another Starbucks right down the street on Sahara, they are normal, decent customer service. Very sad about the service at this Starbucks. When I walked in I was not greeted, and I stood waiting for about 5 minutes. I was in no rush, so this wasn't an issue. When I ordered my two (yes I know) very picky drinks, I was given extreme attitude and had to repeat my order 3 times. Each time the order was repeated back to me, it was incorrect. Eventually we did get the order correct, and I paid for the drinks and sat down. My brother then ordered his drink, and sat down with me. We waited 20 minutes for 3 drinks total. I understand, it is the morning rush, but as someone who works in customer service I also understand how the order line works. When I received my drink, I was extremely unhappy. The order was correct, but my drink was not blended at all. Instead - a giant ice blend ball was plopped in my tea, and the sweetener was lost completely. My brothers drink was full of ice and barely had any liquid in it, and he was extremely disappointed as well. We left the store after getting our drinks and will not be coming back. I should have known not to stop here based on their star rating. Most Starbucks are awesome and have 5 stars. However, I can see why this location does not. I came in today with a coupon from Amazon Prime for a free coffee and they didn't know how to redeem it with the code given on the coupon. The cashier at the time (at 11:20) was super nice and tried putting it in several times, then had to get her manager because it wasn't working. The manager a young woman (just to be specific in case there's a male manager there too) comes over and says "I've never seen that kind of coupon before, just try putting it in and see if it works". The cashier tells her manager, she did try several times and that's why she was asking her. The manager says, "well if it doesn't work we can't redeem it". At no time does she apologize to me or even attempt to put it in herself or do what managers do and find a solution to the issue. This coupon was on cardstock, said it was from Amazon, had an expiration date , and obviously ripped from something, so it wasn't like I could have made this myself. I am seriously amazed by the 5 stars this place has received. I've been to this SB more than a handful of times and service is ALWAYS SLOW! especially at the drive thru! I visited this location this past Friday and me and my friend walk up to the counter to get my drink and we wait...and wait...observe the workers chatting it up with people at the other end where the pick up counter is...and wait...and wait... See workers walk past the register and ignore us..and wait and wait. then FINALLY our invisibility cloak must've slipped off because someone finally notices us and asked if we need help. Ugh no. We need to order. What.the.hey! So he tells me back my drink and says "Elijah" right?! Me and my friend look at each other and say no, dropped the cash and just walked away. Like I said I've stopped by this location many a times and go to the drive through. I Dont know why. Honestly every time I utilize it, it takes longer than 15-20 mins. Even when its slow. Don't use their drive thru. I had a bad feeling when I pulled up but it's summer and I was thirsty (and too lazy to get out of my car, lol). I placed my order and literally did not move for 6 minutes, which in drive thru time, is an eternity. I rolled up my window and sat in the same spot, for 6 minutes. For what it is, it's just as similar as any typical Starbucks. Clean, small lounge area but enough tables and seats to study or hang out at. I like that the center bar table has outlets underneath the table so you can charge your computer/phone The only thing I did notice about this spot is that they are pretty slow at making your drink. Back home in San Diego they are quick as hell and the time I ordered was not even busy at all...Even though they have a drive-thru, they made my drink in a time as if the place was half packed and with lines of cars out the yayo.
